Your Friend Doesn't Believe You Are Dating Him

LIAM: You were sitting at your shared flat with Liam, having a lazy movie afternoon. As you snuggled into his chest, your phone rung. You sighed, got off the couch and walked towards the kitchen. “Hey Y/F/N,” you answered. “Y/N,” she began, “I know you told me that you had a boyfriend named Liam, but why is there a picture in this magazine of you and Liam from One Direction.” You lend against the kitchen counter and closed your eyes. “I have told you that I am dating Liam Payne, but you-” she cut you off, “No you’re not; this is definitely photoshopped; I think you are missing am arm.” As you were listening to her ask you questions without leaving any time for your answers, you heard Liam walk into the kitchen. You opened your eyes and gave him a small smile. “Y/F/N,” you mouthed to him. He smiled and held out his hand. You frowned in confusion. He took the phone out of your hand and put it to his ear. “Hey Y/F/N, its Liam, Y/N boyfriend. It is nice to finally talk to you,” he begun. She didn’t answer, so Liam kept talking. After a few minutes, he handed the phone back. “Hello,” you said into the phone. “No way, that was Liam Payne,” she whispered.

LOUIS: You were sitting at the kitchen bench with your laptop in front of you; skyping with your friend. She was back at your hometown and you missed her. You both shared stories about your lives; uni, work and friends. She begun telling you a funny story about her brothers, when Louis cheered loudly at the tv in the living room. She suddenly stopped talking and looked confused. “What - I mean, who was that?” she asked now curious. You smiled and looked across the room at Louis sitting on the edge of the couch staring at the tv. “My boyfriend, Louis Tomlinson,” you replied. The confused look on her face grew even bigger. “No way. You can’t be serious. No” You nodded. “The Louis Tomlinson, from One Direction. I don’t believe you,” she kept talking fast. “I’m telling you the truth” you said. Louis groaned and threw his arm up at the tv. He walked towards the kitchen and opened the fridge for another drink. “Lou, could you come here for a sec?” you yelled. “Sure love, what is it?” he was now right behind you staring at the screen. “Lou, this is Y/F/N, and she doesn’t believe that we are dating” he just laughed, “Hey babe” he waved at your now screaming friend, “Nice to met you and you better believe it, cause this” he pointed to you, “Is mine” he said walking away, leaving you shocked and your friend screaming.

NIALL: You were on your way to your friend’s birthday party with Niall. Your friends knew you were dating him, but have never meet him. While Niall was driving, your phone rung. You rolled your eyes when your noticed Y/F/N was calling. “I’m almost there, why are you calling?” you laughed. “So when can I meet your boyfriend, the ‘Niall Horan’, that you claim you are dating?” she asked. “He is with me now, coming to your party actually. But I have to go, cause we are around the corner,” you replied and ended the call, before she could speak. Niall stopped the car outside her house and told you to go inside while he parks the car then will join you inside. As soon as you entered the house, Y/F/N, was in your face. “So where is he? Niall?” she asked. “He is parking the car, just give him a minute,” you smiled. “I’ll believe it when I see it,” she said louder than hoped. You looked at her, but before you could speak, Niall wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you against him. “Hey Princess,” he whispered then crashed his lips against yours, leaving your friend gobsmacked.

HARRY:  You sat down on the bench outside your school building. You dropped your heavy bag on the ground and waited for Harry to pick you up. He had texted you earlier saying he was going to be a little late. Moments later, your friend noticed you sitting alone. “Hey Y/N. Do you need a lift home?” She asked. “No thanks, I’m waiting for my boyfriend,” you replied. She sat down beside you. “I remember you saying you had a boyfriend. Harry Styles?” She laughed. You gave her a small smile. “Yeah. Harry is my boyfriend,” you began slowly, “why don’t you believe me?” You asked. She didn’t answer you; you started telling you her plans for the weekend. You didn’t know what to do. You knew people would think that you made up being Harry’s girlfriend, but not your friend. “Oh my god,” she whispered. You looked up and saw a black range rover stop in front of you. You smiled and mentally thanked Harry for coming at the prefect time. He rolled down the window and stuck his head out. “Hey baby, ready to go?” He waved. You stood up and looked at your friend. “I have to go, my boyfriend is here. See you on Monday,” you said and walked towards the car. She sat there shocked, “what just happened?” She whispered to herself.

ZAYN: You took a sip of your drink and looked at your friends around the table. They began sharing stories about their boyfriends. You had told them many times that you were dating Zayn but they never seemed interested. As they were talking, you zoned out of the conversation; thinking of how you would rather be with him than here. “Y/N,” your friend said touching your arm. You snapped out of your thoughts and smiled at them. “When are you going to get a boyfriend?” She asked. “I do have a boyfriend. I have been dating him for a while, but you never believe me when I talk about him,” you sighed. “Oh yes, you are dating Zayn Malik,” she paused, “if you are going to make up a boyfriend, at least make someone up, don’t use someone like him,” she said making the others laugh. You forced smiled, trying not to show them how hurt you were. You opened your mouth to defend yourself when your phone rung. You smiled when you saw Zayn’s contact photo on the screen. “See, it’s my boyfriend,” you said showing them the phone. “Hey Z,” you answered smiling, “one second Z,” you pulled the phone away from your face. “Believe me now,” you whispered, making your friends look at each other speechless.
