Harry: "I just don't think she's right for you, sweetheart," Anne lowers her cup of tea and looks across the table at her green-eyed son with concern. "Why isn't she right for me?" he asks, anger creeping to his voice. "She's nice, funny, beautiful, generous, amazing..." Anne takes a sip of her tea and shrugs. "She's just...I don't think she's good enough for you, Harry," Anne sighs, reaching across the table to squeeze her son's hand. He pulls his hand away. "You never think anyone's 'good enough for me',' he snaps. "But in all honesty, I don't quite think I'm good enough for HER." And with that, he jumps out of his chair, taking his cup of tea with him. "I love you, mom, but I love her as well, and I don't quite think I can speak to you right now."
Zayn: "On the phone with her again?" Patricia, Zayn's mom rolls her eyes at her son. Zayn looks at this recently hung-up cell phone and sighs. "I know you don't exactly like her, but you don't have to speak about her as if she's garbage or something," Zayn says calmly. "But she's not one of US," Patricia says, raising an eyebrow. You're not Muslim, and it's been bothering her since she met you. "Mom, you make it sound as if being Muslim is some kind of cult. I don't care about her religion and neither should you," he says bitterly. "She's lovely, but I'm sure you could find a lovely Muslim girl..." Trisha trails off. "No," Zayn replies simply. "No? What do you mean, 'no'?" Patricia inquires. "I mean, NO. I love her and you have to accept that. And if you don't? Frankly, I don' care," he replies, turning back to his cell phone.
Niall: "You haven't been yourself lately," Maura sighs, looking over at her son. His normally bubbly and loud demeanor has been a bit calmer lately, and he hasn't been drinking and partying quite as much. "What do you mean?" Niall replies, looking up from his bowl of cereal. "I mean, you've been...I don't know..." Maura struggles to find the right words. "(Y/N)...ever since you've been with her, you haven't been partying and stuff like you used to." He laughs and takes another bite of cereal. "And that's a bad thing?" he says, raising an eyebrow. "Well, no, I just..." Maura sighs and shakes her head. "She's changing you, Niall. I don't like it." Niall runs his hand through his hair and tosses the remainder of his breakfast in the trash. "She's not changing me. I'm changing, that's what people do. They change. And I'm changing for the better," Niall says. "And I don't care if you blame it on (Y/N). Because I love her and your opinion won't change that."
Liam: "Son, your mother and I need to talk to you," Geoff calls his son and Liam signs off of twitcam and jogs downstairs. "Yeah?" he asks, slightly confused. "Li Li, your father and I have been a bit worried about you lately," Karen sighs, placing her hand on Liam's arm. "Worried? Why's that?" Geoff looks at his wife and she nods for him to continue. "You and (Y/N)...you're both...moving too fast and there's been rumors of an engagement and we don't want her pushing you to do anything you're not ready for.." he sighs, looking at his son with worry. "Seriously?" Liam shakes his head in disbelief and annoyance. "First of all, why would you believe rumors? Remember the rumors I was dead? You didn't believe THOSE, did you?" Liam says angrily. "PLUS, if I were getting engaged to her, which I'm sure I will someday, I would tell you guys first. Do you really think I wouldn't?" Geoff opens his mouth to speak, but Liam cuts him off. "No! Plus, she isn't 'pushing me to do anything I'm not ready for'. We're both moving forward at the same pace." Liam shakes his head before leaving the room. "You have to realize I'm not your little boy anymore, and that's it."
Louis: "Lou, I see (Y/N)'s got a new diamond tennis bracelet," Jay says, raising an eyebrow at the latest magazine article. "Yeah, isn't it lovely? I bought it for her," he replies, beaming proudly. "Of course you did..." she mutters, shaking her head slightly. "I'm sorry?" Louis eyes her with slight annoyance. "I said, 'Of COURSE you did'," Jay repeats, looking at her son with slight worry. "What's THAT supposed to mean?" Louis snaps, crossing his arms. "It's just...you keep giving (Y/N) all these extravagant gifts and expensive things...I just, I think she's a gold digger," Jay says, biting her lip. "I think she's using you for your money." Louis lets out a laugh, then shakes his head. "That's completely deluded, and couldn't be further from the truth," Louis replies. "She doesn't ask for anything. Whenever I get her a gift, she nearly makes me return it and says she doesn't deserve it until I make her have it." Louis raises an eyebrow and points to his mom's iPad and the flat screen television nearby. "You never complain when I give you guys expensive things." Jay shrugs. "Lou, that's different, I-" Louis cuts her off and leaves the room. "Whatever. Just butt out, okay? I love you, but you're far from the truth and I don't need my own mother hating on my girlfriend." he calls out, slightly hurt.
