Chapter 42

"You know I'm really happy people know about us now. I really am happy with you Billie and I really fucking love you, you're my soulmate and I won't let anything happen to us, it's always gonna be you and me for the rest of my life, only you." I say softly.

"God, I love you so much." She mumbles into my neck, "I love you too." I reply while pulling apart. "So what you wanna do." I ask while smiling up at her, "Let's bake something." She says and i nod while getting up, I hold my hand out for her and she takes it. We make our way into the lobby that's connected to the kitchen. "Fuck I forgot we don't have any food." Billie says and i laugh, "get in something you can wear in public." I tell her, "What you don't like me in this shirt and these panties-" she starts while tracing her fingers over her shirt and pulling it lightly up. "Stop being a goddamn horndog and get dressed." I command and she nods before sprinting into our bedroom to get changed.

"Bring me a shirt and some socks!" I shout while checking my phone, "Am I your slave?" She shouts back, "If you want to." I joke. "You wish huh." She teases while throwing a sweater and some socks at me, "I wanted a shirt." I complain but she quickly shuts me up, "Shut up, it's cold outside." She says while walking up to me and taking the sweater from me while pulling it over my head.

She holds her hand out for me and I take it, "Why do I have to tug you everywhere we go?" She asks and I smirk, "So I can look at your ass duh." I tease and she turns around while laughing at me, "Good technic, I'll keep that in mind." She jokes and i laugh at her while we make our way out of the hotel.

I smile down at our hands, this is how it's supposed to be, us together. About the coming out thing, the world knows about it and I'm okay with it, no I'm more than okay with it, it's perfect.

We walk through the streets of Seattle until we reach the nearest grocery store, she pulls me inside and we start gathering some ingredients together. "Don't forget the vanilla extract." She says and i nod while walking off, trying to find it. "Ma'am can I help you?" I hear someone ask and I turn around, "Yes please, I'm searching for some vanilla extract." I reply kindly, she stars at me for a minute and I shift awkwardly. "Sorry ehm yes I'll show you where it is." She says while walking down the hallway, we make our way to the backing area and she points at a bottle, I take it. "Thank you." I say while turning back around.

She smiles at me and I smile back, "So what are you backing?" She asks and I furrow my eyebrows together, "I'm not sure yet, I think my-" I start but get cut off, "Me, her girlfriend, I was thinking about some vegan chocolate cookies." Billie interrupts, who's now standing next to me. "Ohh, sorry." She says while looking down, "If you need anything else, I'm here." She says while smiling up at me.

"Thank you." I say while flashing her a small smile, she nods while turning around and walking off, "She was totally flirting with you." Billie complains while walking off, "She was just being nice." I say while following behind, "I don't care." She snaps at me, "C'mon I didn't do anything." I say while wrapping my arms around her, "You let her." She says and i laugh, "Baby you're the only one I want." I say but she completely ignores me but still leans more into me as we reach the register and I smirk as I feel a gaze on me. I look up to the employee from earlier.

"Stop looking at her." She whisper shouts at me and I quickly take my eyes off her and look at my beautiful girlfriend. "Sorry." I apologize while pulling her towards me and kissing her cheek, she smiles at me as we wait in the line. We get some looks here and there, some phone cameras pointed at us but nothing major, no one daring to come say hi to us.
