"LAST POST MS. ADYA!"
I looked at the camera and stared at it seriously while I did my last post for today.
"Good job! OK, guys, you can rest for today." The photographer said and walked toward me with a big smile on her face.
"Thank you, Ms. Adya. I hope we can have a chat, but my schedule is full." She said sadly. I smiled at her and gently tapped her shoulder.
"Calene, I told you to just call me Adya and we're friends." She smiled shyly at me.
"Don't worry, we can still have a chat some other time."
We both bid goodbye to each other, and I head to my dressing room to change. I exhaustedly laid my body on the couch and waited for my manager to tell me my schedule.
I scrolled to my phone and when I heard the door open, I sat properly and waited for my manager to come in.
"Bakla!" Jaya hurriedly went to me. And yes, Jay Lindon, a.k.a. Jaya is my manager.
We were both surprised when they announced that he would be my manager after a few years that we hadn't seen each other. Well, I can say that a lot has changed over the past year.
"Ang ganda mo dito oh!" Pinakita niya sa akin ang mga pictures ko na kinuhanan kanina. I laughed at him and told him my schedule.
"Malinis ang schedule mo ngayong week. So, pwede na kayong magkita ng bebe mo." Inirapan niya ko habang tinawanan ko naman siya.
"Yeah. I miss him."
We both laughed when my phone rang. I checked it out and smiled widely when I saw him calling for the nth time.
"Ayan na, lagot ka." Pananakot niya kaya napailing nalang ako at sinagot ang tawag niya.
"When are you coming home?" Masungit na bungad niya.
"Hi to you too, baby." Natatawang sabi ko.
"Mommy! I miss you. Come home, please." I heard my son say.
"I'm coming home now. Wait for me, OK? Tell Grandma that I'm coming home."
"OK."
We can not go home without my bodyguards because there is a lot of paparazzi outside. We managed to escape the paparazzi and got in the car safely.
I got into my hotel and changed my clothes. I wear a disguise so that people can't notice me and call me Jaya. I heard the knock on the door, and Jaya easily got in because he had spare keys.
"Ready ka na?" Tanong niya. Tumango ako at hinanda ang sarili ko.
I bought a condo for myself so that when my work is done here, I go straight to my condo and sometimes secretly leave to see my son.
For my son's safety, I do it because he can be harmed and he is too young to be exposed to the media. But then there is this small voice saying that it is not only the reason why I am hiding him. Right, you are afraid of his father.
