"Ok, will do. And I wouldn't either, she does seem like that kind of person, doesn't she? When are you coming back?" I was so glad that she more or less ignored my possessiveness over Dimitri.

"Yes, she most certainly does. But maybe we are just reading her wrong, who knows. Maybe there is a real reason that she acts the way that she does. At least I hope that there is. As for when we will be back, we will either be there when you get back or within the next day or two."

"Ok but please be careful, we haven't practiced the healing from a distance much in a while you know."

"I know, but if I need to and you can't then I can channel it myself."

"Yes, thank God, I know that you can. But please don't need to." We both laughed.

"I'll try my best, I promise. If you want to talk to me later, try to dream walk me."

"All right. Well, I better go; I have to make an appearance at a royal dinner party in a few hours. Oh, and tell Dimitri that he had better be careful too."

"All right, I love you sis make sure to give them hell. And I will be sure to tell him I promise."

She laughed. "Oh, I will. Some of them are not going to like my point of view, stance, and opinion on things very much I'm afraid. Thanks. Bye, Rose."

"Be careful Liss. Bye, I love you sis."

"Love you too sis."

We both hung up after that.

"So?"

"She's thrilled that you aren't transferring to Tasha, because she doesn't like her either."

"What was it that you would tell me?"

"Oh, she wanted me to tell you that you had better be careful too, while we are in the Amazon rain forest I mean."

He laughed, "I will be sure to do that."

I couldn't help but smile at him.

"Why did you tell her to be careful?"

"She has a royal dinner party to go to tonight. And she has decided that now is the time to start letting the other royals all know her true and honest opinion and stance on things."

"What kinds of things mladenets?" (babe)

"The way that far too large of a percentage of the royals still treat the dhampir, you know the whole blood whore thing. Along with the fact that dhampir don't have to become guardians to be treated with the respect and dignity that every living being deserves."

"That could be very dangerous for her Roza."

"I know, but that was just one of the things that her family wanted her to do. While we were in Portland, waiting for you, they told her to start giving everyone her honest point of view and opinion a few months before graduation. So, she thinks that it is about time that they all know and understand that all lives matter not just the moroi, more especially not just the royals. We talked about it, not too long ago, and she has decided that now is the time to start her quest. 'Start the new year off right', as she said."

"What kind of quest exactly?"

"She is determined that the dhampir are to start being treated as equals to the moroi. And that the non-royal moroi and the dhampir are to all be treated just as well as the royals. That we dhampir are granted the right to vote in all of our elections, that all of the dhampir are to start being able to do as we please with our lives. That those who choose to become guardians get some say in who their charge is if they want it. That we can do something with our lives other than being a guardian or a 'blood whore'. That the stigma is removed from dhampir who make the decision to not become a guardian. That that whole 'they come first' bullshit is over and done away with. And that the dhampir who wish to be in real true loving relationships, even with other dhampir. Don't receive mistreatment from others, especially not the royals, because of it."
