It was late at night and Y/n was having trouble sleeping and so was Paimon. 

Paimon Pov! ( ‵▽′)ψ

Paimon was twirling around in her bed that was beside the traveler trying to sleep but no avail. Paimon got up and floated towards Y/n's room. Paimon quietly opened her door to not disturb her just in case she was sleeping. She wasn't, Y/n noticed Paimon's presence. "What's wrong Paimon?" she said in sleepy worried tone. "Paimon can't sleep" Paimon said. Y/n got up and headed to Lumine and Paimon's  room. Y/n shook Lumine lightly, stirring her from her sleep.

Lumine PoV(●ˇ∀ˇ●)

I was met with a some adorable looking (e/c) eyes, they seemingly glowed in the dark. "What is it?" I said tired, "we can't sleep" they said in unison. I shuffled over so they could sleep next to me. "Tell us story" I could feel Y/n's puppy eyes on me, "yeah!". I sighed and told them the travels with my brother, the fight against Dvalin, I was sad but I bottled it up, I didn't want to worry Y/n and Paimon. Emergency food was the first to drift off to sleep, then Y/n she subconsciously hugged me. I soon too fell asleep in her warm embrace.

I woke up and noticed that Y/n was missing, Paimon was still sleeping. I checked the whole house and no avail, I checked outside and Y/n was trying to swing a debate club, cute...

I walked back inside to prepare breakfast, I had enough for hash browns and a some eggs. I woke up Paimon and called Y/n in. We all sat down and ate our food in a comfortable silence, I was planning mentally where to go next, maybe Liyue. I need to meet the Archon of Liyue, I need answers.

"I want to learn how to fight." Y/n announced breaking the silence. "Why?" I asked. "You've got me to protect you."  "What if you're not there?" I remained silent for a bit. "She's got a point though." Paimon said. True. I sighed I gave in, why was I being so reluctant I asked myself. "Why not ask Diluc to train you, I mean you were trying to swing a debate club." She looked at me surprised. "How'd you know?" "I saw you this morning, anyways let's go." 

You all headed out of the teapot and teleported to the nearest waypoint to Dawn Winery. We found the red head picking grapes. "Oh look, it's Captain Pyro!" Paimon pointed out. Diluc stopped what he was doing and got up to look at us. 

"What brings you here?"He asked nonchalantly. "I want you to train me!" He looked a little bit surprised but quickly regained his composure. "Sure, when do you want to start? Unfortunately not today, I've got things to do." "Tomorrow, in the afternoon." He gave you a head pat and ignored Lumine's piercing glare. "It's decided then."

We teleported to Mondstadt, Y/n walked over to the souvenir shop to get some items, and Paimon followed her. I went off to the alchemy table, I needed ascension materials for my sword and Y/n's greatsword.
