So today is my birthday! And I decided to write a short one-shot of y/n's bday.

Y/n pov!

My eyes shot open. A smile appeared on my face. "Yay it's -" *RING!!* the alarm interrupted my speech. I grabbed it and threw it across the room, breaking it.

"Y/N WHAT IN ACTUAL FUCK!" Diluc shouted from downstairs.

"Whoops," I said, "MY HAND SLIPPED!" I retorted.

I'm pretty sure he sighed. Whatever I wasn't going to let anything ruin my day.

Getting out of bed, I went to the bathroom to get ready. After showering and brushing I got changed into my uniform.

Heading downstairs I smelt (f/f), "yayyyy, broooo I luv uuuuu."

A smile appeared on his face.

I sat down and waited impatiently, shifting in my seat.

"Calm down!" He chuckled slightly at my attitude.

He served my breakfast, but there was a catch. He used a sauce(ur choice) to write "happy birthday". So extra I thought, I smiled and dug in. Man, this was good.

"Lumine!" She was waiting by the entrance along with Aether. I jogged over to my friend with arms wide open.

She embraced me in a warm hug.

"Well, I'll leave then." He had a smug smile on his face. "Lovebirds..." He and Aether said. "I heard that!"

He was already walking off.(u and Diluc go to different schools"

Lumine smacked her brother playfully on the head. "Oww..." He whined.

"This class was so boring... "I thought. I sighed. I felt something hit the top of my head, it landed gently on my desk. I unfolded it, I read: "𝑀𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝑚𝑒 𝑎𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑟𝑦 𝑏𝑙𝑜𝑠𝑠𝑜𝑚 𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑒 𝑎𝑓𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑠𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑜𝑙." "Should I go?" I pondered.
I decided to meet them. "So boring..." I muttered. I closed my eyes.

"Miss L/n!"

I awoke from my slumber. The dream was so nice though, stupid teacher. Great, I'm hungry now...

"Detention after school!"

Best birthday gift teach.

Ran quickly to the tree. "Why is it on a hill." I rested my hands on my knees for a few seconds and regained my posture.

Chuckling she said: "you're helpless when it comes to exercise." I noticed a faint blush on her cheeks.

"Anyways what did you call me for?" I queried.

She brought out a small neatly wrapped gift. I felt my face brighten up.

"Happy Birthday..."

"You didn't have to..."

"Just open it..." She reassured.

"Okay.."

Inside was a nice looking flower headband, similar to the one she was wearing.

"Do you want me to it put on for you?"

I nodded in response.

She gently rested it on my head.

*snap*

I turned my head to see Aether and Diluc with their phones taking photos. (Diluc with a google pixel and Aether with an indestructible Nokia.)

My face probably invented new shades of red at that point.
