Lumine Pov

I sighed looking out of the window, Y/n entered my mind, is she okay? I got up from the bed and examined the wound. It was scabbing now, but it still had a chance of reopening if I'm not careful.

Taking the risk, I decided to take my leave, despite Mooncarver insisting I should stay longer. "Take this at least," They were a few artifacts, gems and mora along with a few potions." "Take you This was for Y/n, my Y/n.

Taking out my map, I looked at the location Y/n (A/N! They both have two separate maps, like in coop mode you can see the other player(s)' locations).

She seemingly interacted with a waypoint in Wangshu Inn. "No need for walking my ass off." I muttered. "I wonder how she'll react." I smiled at the thought of her hugging me. Snapping out of my daydream, I went back to the matter at hand.

I teleported to the waypoint and wandered around a bit. "Where is she?" I pondered. "I heard a few voices coming from the balcony, they were familiar, but another wasn't. Y/n?

I went over to investigate, a familiar head of h/c hair adorned with cecilia flowers.

"Rex Lapis... How could this be...?!" the stranger's eyes darted over to my figure with a piercing gaze. Regaining composure, he went on to ask: "Hmph, who are you?" He cautiously queried. Y/n looked over at me and her eyes widened and soon softened. She jumped into my arms, "Lumine!" Paimon and Y/n cried. They embraced me in a tight hug. "Don't fucking leave me again, you idiot." Y/n muttered. The other one glared at me, I flashed him a smug look, making him pissed and "tch" in response.

Y/n soon let go and so did Paimon, I wanted it to last forever.

"Ahem! This is Xiao, the Conqueror of Demons!" Y/n enthusiastically introduced the stranger. I swear I saw him blush at the mention of his name. "Spare the formalities, call me Adeptus Xiao." he said. He is rather short, like someone else I know... "Nice to meet you... Adeptus Xiao..." I said in a somewhat mocking tone.

Ignoring my kind introduction, he went on to say: "The ruling Qixing... Just what role have they played in this?... I, too, will seek out Moon Carver, Cloud Retainer and Mountain shaper. It is time they too make their decisions." he announced.
