Lumine Pov!

After many hours of walking and battling, we arrived in Liyue Harbor, well almost. Hopefully, this will be worth it.

"Lumine, what's that?" Y/n pointed at a statue. It was a statue of the seven.

"Watch." I simply said.

I resonated with it and I obtained the geo element. She looked at me with wide eyes, "Woah..."

"I think we should look around and familiarise ourselves with the area. While we're at we could ask where the desencion is going to be held." Y/n suggested.

"Yeah, good idea." I pat her head. A small blush dusted her cheeks.

We walked to Liyue Harbour and around and asked the inhabitants where the rite of desencion would happen.

"We, the people of Liyue are very lucky to have our god protect us." A woman said to another, and she agreed with her. Just hearing this made me feel uneasy, like something wrong was going to happen.

"The rite will happen here, let me mark it on your map for you, Yujing Terrace." The woman said

"But when is it?" I asked.

"Maybe today, maybe tomorrow... Paimon doesn't know, ehehe."

"It's today." The woman responded.

"If you don't mind, could you explain what the rite of desencion is?" Y/n asked.

"Once a year, Rex Lapis bestows upon us his divine prediction, guiding us on how to run Liyue for the coming year." The woman responded."Last year it was the Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing that was given the honor of asking for the divine prediction."

"Yuheng?" Y/n said puzzled.

"Liyue Qixing?" I asked.

"Ooh! Paimon knows this one! Mondstadt is to freedom as Liyue is to Contracts. Liyue has a strong focus on business and trade. As for your question Lumine, the Liyue Qixing - the seven leaders of the seven enterprises of Liyue - hold true control over Liyue."

"That's what the outlanders say. The true control will always be held by Rex Lapis. Rex Lapis is a god. Mondstadt's god is nowhere to be seen, whilst over god is forever with us."

The three of us sweatdropped. I mean she's not wrong nor right.

She continued, "Given you left that godless city, it's time you experienced what's it like on be in a city whose god has walked with it through all of history." I felt like something was going to go wrong.

Unluckily for us, the Milelith stopped us. "Halt! Those that are not involved in the procedures are not allowed to pass!"

My heart sank, I was hoping to wish for something very important to me.

"Lumine are you okay? Don't worry! I'm sure you'll find your brother." I smiled at her words. "Lovebirds," Paimon muttered.

In the middle of the stage, was an important-looking lady.

"It's Lady Ningguang of the Liyue Qixing!"

Y/n pov!

"I can't see!" I tried to get on my tiptoes." I felt my feet suddenly lift from the ground. Lumine propped me on her shoulders without breaking a sweat.

Ningguang noticed and gave me a small smile at me, I smiled back.

Lady Ningguang used geo to summon the Archon.

Everyone went silent, the Archon hit the offering table with a loud thud. After inspecting the body she shouted, "the Geo Archon is dead! Block the exits!" At that moment everything seemed to go in slow motion.
