The cafeteria was buzzing with hungry kids eager to stuff their mouths full of food. I sat at a table with Sofia, waiting for the rest of our friends. " I have this really cute dress for you to wear tonight," Sofia informed. I raised my eyebrows, " your style and mine are completely different." Sofia smiled, " don't worry, the dress is cute, and you'll look hot." " The dress or I will look hot?" I asked opening my water bottle. Sofia smiled before saying, " both." I nodded, " whatever you say." Gaia and Andrea finally walked up to us and sat down. " You two coming to the bar tonight?" Gaia asked as she opened her bag of chips. " Took a lot of convincing, but yes," Sofia said. I smiled and shook my head, " Lorenzo will be there," Andrea said wiggling her eyebrows up and down.

I looked at her, " you know that I'm never going to date him." " That might change tonight, you never know," Gaia said. I scoffed, " who do you think I am?" " Too innocent, someone who's almost out of high school and still has there virginity," Sofia blurted out. I frowned and looked at her, " and is that such a bad thing?" Gaia and Andrea both laughed softly, earning a glare from me. " Lorenzo would be the perfect guy to have sex with," Gaia said before tossing a chip into her mouth. I opened the lid to my lunchbox before ripping open my salad dressing and drizzled it over my mom's freshly made salad.

" Are any of your brothers coming tonight?" Gaia asked out of the blue. I held back a smile and looked at her, " asking for a friend or what?" Sofia and Andrea smirked, Gaia looked at me. " My brothers are all busy tonight," I said. I knew Gaia had a crush on Dante, my oldest brother. " How about we all get ready at Eva's house," Gaia proposed. Sofia scoffed, " how horny are you?" Gaia rolled her eyes, " Eva literally has the hottest brothers, you can't blame me for admiring fine art." " Might as well just move in with her already," Sofia teased. I shook my head, " you're unbelievable Gaia." Gaia smiled, " hey, blame your parents for having hot ass sons."

Right as she finished her sentence, Lorenzo, Marco, Carlo, and Mattia walked past us. I kept my eyes glued on my salad as Sofia, Gaia, and Andrea stared at Lorenzo as they all walked away. I could feel Lorenzo's eyes on me, forcing me to keep my eyes down. " God," Andrea smiled as she turned back around to me. " He's practically undressing you, and you don't even notice." I swallowed before looked up at her, " which is why I don't look at him." Sofia watched at Lorenzo and the others sat down at a table across the cafeteria before turning back to me. " Yeah I get that Lorenzo is some rich, stuck up boy, but he's insanely attractive," Sofia said. " And," Gaia said. " I've heard he's great in bed." My eyes shot over to her, " please, shut up." Sofia and Andrea chuckled, " sooner or later he's going to come up to you, and you'll have to actually talk to him," Gaia informed me.

I sighed, " I've lost my appetite." Sofia looked at me, " what are you scared about?" " Nothing, I'm not scared about anything," I said looking at her. Sofia raised her eyebrows, " for a girl whose never talked to a guy, slept or had sex with one, you sure do keep your distance from them." I stared at Sofia, not entirely sure of what to even say to that. " The worst that can happen is a guy breaks your heart or uses you for your body," Sofia said as I looked down at my half eaten salad. " Lorenzo is just some fish in the sea, sooner or later you're going to meet a shark and Lorenzo will be nothing compared to him," Sofia added. I looked up at her, " I'm not looking to date right now, okay?" Sofia nodded, " okay." I forced myself to smile, " but I'll go tonight."

A pleased look filled Sofia's eyes, " good." She turned and began talking to Gaia and Andrea about tonight, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I sighed, I was without a doubt the only girl in the school who was still a virgin and had never dated anyone. I couldn't stop myself as my eyes wondered over to Lorenzo's table across the cafeteria. Yes, I had to admit he was attractive, but I'd never imagine doing anything with him. There was nothing imperfect about him, I had to agree on that. His smile was charming, his teeth were perfectly white and straight. His dimples made girls swoon and drool over him.
