ESTE WALKED SWIFTLY THROUGH the airport. She only needed one bag. In fact she could've started again with nothing tying her to her old life but there were some things she didn't feel fit to leave behind. Most people were on their way home from holidays ready to go back to their busy lives of school and work.

It was so normal, so average watching the daily lives of so many insignificant people go by. Este wondered if she'd ever find something like that where she ended up. Was it possible to be so careless when entirely on your own. Este doubted it.

Her plane wasn't for another hour but her meeting with the Volturi had gone a lot smoother than she believed that it would. She felt rather free, knowing that Aro respected her wishes regarding the Cullens. She knew that he meant it, Aro was right to believe that his quest to get Edward and Alice on his side would cost him a lot more than it was worth. They were safe, Este could rest.

She found herself sat simply watching the world go by. Sunglasses still glued to her face, the shaded version of the world seemed a lot more comforting somehow. Este leant her head back against the wall, names continuing to rush through her head. Maybe something less feminine, maybe something more feminine. Then again, Estella was about as feminine as names came. Este wanted a name linked to the stars, like Stella. Her mind became a checklist as she watched the hands on the clock turn.

The flight was taking her to Singapore, from there she'd either be flying to Melbourne or Rio. She hadn't decided yet. Australia was tempting her but South America felt more intriguing. Either way, it was a lot more exciting than America had been. There was no connection in these no places, no memories and no lost faces coming to mess up her life again. Everything would be completely fine.

She was happily surprised by how well she'd managed to pull this off. Nova gone, the Volturi sorted out and she had managed to stay out of sight. Este had imagined that she'd run into at least one problem before she escaped to another continent. It had all been a bit too easy for her. Of course finding Nova had taken six months out of her year but she'd expected to be going for a lot longer, she wouldn't have rested until all of this was cleared up. Not that she could rest.

Este stared at the clock. Forty minutes, time did go slow at the end she supposed. Six months yet it was the last hour that dragged. Typical. The fight would be long too but she was gone by then. She could look out the window, gaze at the ocean below her and know that she'd made it.

Andromeda was a nice name, Este was thinking to herself. It had a certain ring to it, a lot of nicknames too. Or there was Aurora, she loved the name Aurora but maybe it was too similar to Aro? She didn't want to be reminded of anyone. Carina had always been a nice name in her opinion but it did sound an awful lot like Carlisle. There was too much to think of. Maybe complete separation from this life would be impossible.
