"President Zhao, we never really thanked you for taking the bullet for our father when Uncle hired that hitman to shoot at him. And...it is my final wish to thank you for always being there for us, for watching out for us. I speak for all of us," Yezun's voice was equally soft.

The prison that held Zhu Jiu received special meals and prison-safe gifts on certain holidays, and improved health care. He was family, after all.

"Didn't Little Guo ask for anything at all, like more custard buns or something?" Shen Wei asked Sister Cheng.

"Nothing. And notice that he did not disturb your day, but he waited until you were done with work. You probably lost a little sleep, since I'm guessing he was up until late," Sister Cheng said. "You needed lattes with an extra shot of espresso a couple days."

"It was well worth it, and I wish I could do something for him, like I did for the others," Shen Wei sat back, thinking hard. "I want to do something more than just donate money in his name. It sounds like he has a pure soul and sees everyone's heart and emotions."

"Hmm, maybe you could start a 'Make a Wish' foundation like they have elsewhere. You could help to fulfill people's last wishes, within reason, of course," Sister Cheng suggested.

"That's a great idea!" Shen Wei exclaimed as he searched "Make a Wish." "Shen Enterprises could reach out to various companies and agencies and get them involved, too."

"Little Guo would like that," Sister Cheng smiled.

A week later, the "Pure Little Wishes" website in honor of Guo Changcheng made its debut, and many companies immediately reached out to be a part of it, wanting to be connected to Shen Enterprises in some way.

The mass media had focused on Shen Enterprises due to the many donations made in the names of unknown people. Who were these people? Why was Shen Enterprises doing all these good deeds all of a sudden? Was something happening to the company? No one knew. Even employees, including top directors who were ambushed outside the building by the press had no answers.

Just when the media buzz was starting to ease up, it started up again in full force when it became known that the CEO Shen Wei would take a vacation and go to a retreat for "relaxation, rejuvenation and healing." Healing? Was the CEO ill? Who would take over Shen Enterprises if he was no longer able to run the company? His remaining blood-related cousin Zhu Jiu was in prison. What would happen if the powerful company shut down? Thousands and thousands of jobs would be lost, and thousands and thousands of people would lose their livelihood, not to mention many smaller companies who did business with Shen Enterprises would also be in danger.

Integration - Day 1

A canopy with thick blankets on the ground had been set up in a quiet area of the backyard at the Shen mansion. Shen Wei lay on his back, under hypnosis as Sister Cheng and Zhao Yunlan looked on. Shen Wei, President Zhao and Zhao Yunlan had worked hard the past weeks, clearing Shen Wei's schedule, saying that he would be away at a retreat, resting. The truth was they would be working on the integration of the personalities. No one knew how long it would take, or how exhausted Shen Wei might be afterwards.

"Shen Wei? How do you feel?" Sister Cheng asked.

"Okay, I think," Shen Wei replied in a dreamy voice. "Oh, where am I now?" he sounded mildly surprised.

"What do you see?"

"I'm walking down some stairs, and it's hard to see, but...I don't dare turn on any lights. I feel scared...but also...I don't know how to put it...mischievous?" Shen Wei's brows knitted.
