Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Viscount of Fairfax Territory

Lord Charles Andrew JR creates his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Viscount of Fairfax Territory on Star Base 12 with the intention that it will divert his attention from Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell.

Fairfax Territory is nestled in the foothills between Norfolk and Suffolk Territory and the inhabitants are mainly farmers. It is a very peaceful province that fell into abyss with the death of Lord Charles Fairfax in 2250.

Between Lord Reginald Gray, Duke of Suffolk Territory and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR. They have co-jointly governed the province of Fairfax.

Fairfax Manor was erected by Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord Thomas Fairfax in 2152.

It is a magnificent manor surrounded by gardens in the foothills of Norfolk and Suffolk Territory.

Lord Richard William Carey, Lord Thomas William Howard, Lord Frederick William Howard, Lord Richard Edward Howard II and Lord David William Beck are all present along with Lord Charles Andrew Howard III and Lord Patrick William Howard II are present when Lord Charles Andrew JR creates and bestows the territory of Fairfax on Lord Andrew Charles.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells his son "Listen here, Lord Andrew Charles. It will be your first child that will inherit the title and province of Fairfax regardless to the sex of the child. "

"We live in the 23rd century where daughters have the same rights as sons do to inherit their father's title and territories." Lord Charles Andrew JR states.

"I have no problem with that father. I believe that daughters are just as good as sons." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father "My daughter with Karissa will become the First Duchess of Norfolk and Viscountess of Fairfax."

Lord Andrew Charles has contrived a plan to get Karissa into his bed, but he needs a partner and he seeks the aid of his second cousin once removed, Lord Richard William Carey.
