Found The Body

Kensi, Ryan and Deeks walked over to Jamie Holt and Emma Brown's desks.

"Hey guys, can we talk to you about the body you found?" Deeks asked

"Yeah. Sure"

They walked into an interrogation room for privacy.

"This is my wife, Special Agent Kensi Blye NCIS and this is her partner Special Agent Emily Ryan"

They shared hello's and nice to meet you.

"You found the body?" Kensi asked.

"Yeah. We were called out to a domestic and when we were coming back we saw a blood trail. We followed it and that's when we found the body"

"Was there any weapon?"

"Not that we could see"

"Is there anything else you can remember?"

"Ehm.... There's nothing else"

"Okay thank you"

"Glad we could help"

Kensi, Ryan and Deeks looked at each other.

"I'll call callen and see if he has anything. I'll meet you at ops" Kensi said to Deeks.

Deeks nodded his head and they left. At ops, Kensi stopped the car and got out. She saw Deeks drive in and turn off his engine. Kensi waited for him and he walked over to her.

"You good?" He asked.

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"I don't know"

Kensi smiled and they walked in. Kensi and Deeks walked to ops and saw the team. Everyone said hello to Deeks and they continued talking about the case.

"Did you find a murder weapon?"

"Yeah. We found a bloody knife behind a dumpster. Eric's running the blood sample now"

"And I just got a match"

"Who's blood is it?"

"Jacky Montez. The victim"

"Suicide?"

"Maybe but we should keep looking. Eric, look at the security cams and see if there is anyone coming out of the alley"

"On it"

"LAPD said there was a blood trail"

"There was one from the dumpster to the body"

"Stabbed herself and hid the weapon?"

"Maybe"

"How could Holt and Brown see the blood trail if it was in the alleyway"

Before Callen could say another word, Hetty walked in.

"Ms. Ryan, my office" Hetty said and then left.

Ryan left ops.

"Kensi, Deeks, wait here and check the security footage"

"Got it"

Callen and Sam walked out and Kensi and Deeks followed them.

"Where are you going?" Deeks asked.

"LAPD"

"Alright well uh- have fun" Deeks smiled.

They watched Callen and Sam walk out and they walked into ops. Kensi and Deeks stood behind Eric and Nell and looked at their computers.

"Anything?"

"Nobody was in the alley before and after"

"Thanks guys"

Kensi and Deeks left ops and went down to the bullpen. Kensi looked over at Hetty's desk and saw that Ryan was talking to Hetty and Granger and Hetty was showing her papers. Kensi sat at her Desk and Deeks leaned against her desk. A few hours later, Callen and Sam came back and Hetty was still talking to Ryan. Deeks looked down at his watch and quickly jumped up and ran out.

"Where are you going?" Kensi asked.

"Zoey" He yelled as closed the door behind him.

Deeks drove as fast as he could. When he went into the class, it was empty apart from Zoey and Joelle sitting at a small table and drawing pictures. When he looked around, he saw a women sitting in the corner. He walked over to Joelle and Zoey and as he got closer, the women stood up and walked towards them.

"Daddy" Zoey said happily.

Zoey and Joelle stood up and Zoey ran to him. Deeks picked her up and he hugged her. Joelle hugged Deeks and he kissed her cheek.

"Sorry I'm late. We got a uh-" Deeks stopped when he looked at the women standing beside Joelle.

"Something came up in work" Deeks said.

"Deeks, This is my boss"

"Hi" Deks said and shook her hand.

"Hello Mr Deeks. I need to speak to you and your wife"

"Uh-yeah, okay. Is something wrong?"

"No, I would just like to speak to you about your family and your work"

"Uh-yeah. I'll just go call her"

"She's already on her way"

"I called her" Joelle said

"Okay"

"Daddy?" Zoey whispered in his ear.

"Yes princess"

"Look at what I drew"

Deeks put her on the ground and crouched down and looked at a colourful picture.

"There's you" She said as she pointed to a man with a crown.

"And there's mommy" She said as she pointed to a women with a crown and a blue dress.

"And there's me" She said as she pointed to a little girl with a pink dress and a crown.

"Wow. It's very good." Deeks said as he kissed her cheek.

"What did you draw Joe?" Deeks smiled.

"A rainbow" Joelle laughed.

Kensi walked through the door and Zoey ran to her. Kensi lifted her up and hugged her. He walked over to Deeks and looked at the women.

"Hello Mrs Deeks"

"Hello"

They shook hands and Kensi looked at her confused.

"Why don't we talk in my office?"

"Uh- yeah"

They walked to her office and sat down at her desk.

"Mr and Mrs Deeks, you've been lying to us"
