Mikasa scolds herself for being so careless. It's just because of her that he's so sick. An unbearable fear builds up in her. What if he is the next who will leave her just because she made a wrong decision, in this case simply her carelessness.
"You belong in bed immediately!", She pushes his wheelchair quickly to the stairs and lifts him out of the wheelchair. Because he hardly has the strength to hold on to her and his body tension has decreased, it is more difficult for her than usual to carry him up. She hears the bell ringing downstairs. Gabi and Falco report from below: “Miss Mikasa! Captain! It's us! ”Shouts Falco.

His skin feels cold and shaky. "You're freezing!", She then runs downstairs and begins to boil warm water to prepare a hot water bottle.
After 30 minutes the others arrive at the shop with the doctor. The doctor comes into the shop alone, the younger two look worriedly through the window.
A middle-aged man with glasses and a full beard is standing in front of her. He introduces himself to her:
"Hello, I'm Doctor Meyer! I was told that your husband is not doing well? "
Mikasa's eyes widen at the doctor's remark. In any other situation, she would shyly deny that remark. Mikasa was deeply shocked by the doctor's verbal outburst. The doctor puts on latex gloves, his smock and a face mask, “You should have pure alcohol ready or at least a bowl of water and soap.
