With the three guys knocked out, David turned to look at the Blaziken, still staring at him in a fighting stance.
While it did feel bad for what its trainer and his buddies had done to the human, it still had the urge to defend its trainer like all Pokemon, which was why it would still fight on if need be.
David doesn't say anything but takes off his shirt, revealing many scars, old wounds, and a few burn marks, minus the one the Blaziken had dealt on his left shoulder.
"Blaziken..." The Blaziken's eyes go wide at the multitude of scars and wounds that were on David's body
He took off his shirt to show the Blaziken the marks of pain and suffering he had endured till now; he did not expect pity since it had just added a new souvenir to David's shoulder. Still, he wanted it to understand that he had suffered more than these guys, and hopefully, it could realize that these bastards had their hand in adding to it.
Not saying anything more, David puts on his shirt again before he walks back onto the payphone he used just a moment ago and dials 911 to get someone over to deal with the knocked-out guys.
Once a police car and ambulance were dispatched, David walked over to the three guys lying on the floor and took the Pokemon's poke balls. The Arbok returned to its ball, but the Cinderace and Blaziken stayed out since they were fine.
"You gonna get up, or are you just gonna lie on the ground?" David asks the Cindrace
"Race..." The Cinderace replies as it sits up a bit but still looks dizzy from the blow it received to the head from David
David extended his hand to the Pokemon and helped it up, but it was still dizzy, so David had to hold it up, which was a bit difficult considering the height of the Cinderace, but David made it work.
"Sorry about that," David apologizes for what he did
"Race! Cinderace!" The Cinderace didn't seem to mind much; it seemed to be a little glad that David had sucker-punched it
Soon the blaring noise of the sirens from the cops and an ambulance are heard as they get closer and closer to the park.
"Can you stand on your own now?" David asks
With a simple nod from the Pokemon, David detaches himself from the Cinderace, but it is evident that it is having some difficulty standing up, and so begins falling. However, David catches it and helps it stand, seeing that it is not easy.
"Police! Get on the ground!" A cop and his partner call out once they arrive and draw out tazers which are pointed at both the Pokemon and David
David helps the Cinderace get down on the ground and signals for the Blaziken to follow what he does since he is unsure what to do. Getting on the floor, the two officers approached them all and began to handcuff everyone, minus the three unconscious guys, since they were not a problem.
The Pokemon did not like the handcuffs put on them, but when they struggled against them, they were surprised to find that their specific cuffs were meant for Pokemon with metal to prevent them from breaking out easily.
As the officers were done looking around at the scene in the park, the ambulance showed up, and the paramedics began to check on the condition of the three unconscious guys.
David gets dragged onto his feet and put into the car while the Blaziken and Cinderace are returned to their poke balls and taken by the officers, who soon get back into the car and drive back to the police station.
For now, David is placed in a cell and is given the option to have a phone call, but he does not know anyone, so he declines that privilege and sits quietly in the cell to await questioning.
