Returning home late at night was new to David, but still, he was glad that he was here and that those guys would no longer be a problem for him.

Locking the door behind him, David takes out the pocketed poke balls and opens them all up to release the pokemon within his practically empty living room.

"Cinderace?"

"Blaziken..."

*Thump!*

The Arbok is lying on the floor, still unconscious, and the Cinderace looks like it will fall at any moment.

"You have got to be shitting me," David says as he feels a headache coming on as apparently both the Cinderace and the Arbok were not healed at all, meaning it was now David's problem.

Since he didn't feel like going to the pokemon center in town, especially now, even though in a matter of seconds, with some of the machines they had there, the pokemon would be healed, and those would be expensive to utilize since he was not a registered trainer, just for a few seconds for the machine. While David may not have to worry about money now, he would still save it.

"I'll be right back; if your hungry, go ahead and check the fridge for some food," David says as he heads upstairs into the bathroom.

The Cinderace and Blaziken look at each other, not knowing what is happening, so they explore the dark house. Still, when they found the kitchen, they opened the fridge and were surprised to see a lot of berries and other natural foods that David had freshly picked.

Taking a few of the berries, the pokemon take a seat at the table, much to the Cinderace's relief, and they enjoy some of them.

Coming back downstairs, David returns with a medkit in hand, which he had in his room, which he mainly used on himself.

Opening it up, David grabs a stick of smelling salts and cracks it open before he places it under its snoot, which he assumes is where the Arbok's nose is; however, it does not wake up.

'Wait, Arbok don't have noses,' David thinks as he pries open the Arbok's mouth and moves the smelling salt next to the Arbok's forked tongue.

"ARBOK!"

The Arbok jolts awake from the terrible smell that it had tasted via its tongue. It immediately started thrashing about to get away from whatever was causing it.

David had to pin the Arbok down before it could cause any more damage to itself or his home. It was challenging to hold down the Arbok as it was wriggling around as hard as possible, trying to escape from David, who was holding it down, making it panic.

"Calm down, Arbok; it's alright," David says to the Arbok in a soothing tone to calm it down.

Soon enough, after saying those words and the Arbok realizing everything is alright, it stops thrashing around, and David releases it from his grasp.

Getting up, David leads the Arbok to the Kitchen, where he sees that the light was turned on by one of them and that the Blaziken and Cinderace were helping themselves to some of the berries from the fridge.

Seeing David enter the kitchen, the other two pokemon stop eating there as David takes something from the fridge and sits down at the table with the other two. David ate a leftover salad that he had made yesterday for lunch since it was still good in silence until his hunger subsided.

The other pokemon are a bit unsure of what was going on or where they were, but eventually, they begin to eat as well, with the Arbok joining in at the table.

After David had finished eating, he got up and walked over to the sink, where he placed his dishes before sitting back down with the pokemon, who had also finished up their meal.
