....

Irene and Fiona were having a great time together. Since Fiona forgave her, she couldn't bear to leave her child's side.

Clara often saw them, but she chose to ignore them, which was noticed by some of the household staff.

Fiona was fully focused on the discussion in the laboratory, while Denise kept distracting her.

She frowned. "Kung wala kang balak na makinig, lumabas ka nalang ng laboratory, beh. Huwag mo akong guguluhin, utang na loob." Fiona firmly said. Denise rested her elbow on the table and placed her palm on her cheeks.

Denis asked, "Takas kaya tayo, beh?" Fiona looked into her eyes and raised an eyebrow. She then nudged her friend's hand.

"Gawin mo mag-isa," Fiona replied, annoyed.

"So, everyone, I just want you to try this. This is a solo activity. Please find a comfortable spot and take some volumetric flasks to start this activity. I'll leave you for a while... Ms. President," their professor said, addressing Fiona.

Fiona nodded and smiled. "I'll take care of it, Prof," Fiona responded with a smile.

Meanwhile, Clara was gazing out the window. Her mind was wandering. She had been absent-minded for quite some time now, and Fiona started to notice.

"Clars, ano tinitingnan mo diyan? kumuha ka na ng volumetric flask dun." Lorraine said. Clara blinked her eyes.

"Huh?" she asked, "bakit? may activity ba?" Lorraine rolled her eyes and pointed to the screen.

"Oh...Solo activity pala. Anyway, thanks." Clara replied.

Lorraine was left speechless by her unusual behavior. She shook her head and looked at Clara.

"Wow, inanghelan yata ang maldita," Lorraine said as she started looking for her own table.

On the other hand, Fiona noticed her twin's inconsistencies. She had been silent for a while now, and Fiona could tell that something was off.

She shook her head and decided to focus on her work, but she was interrupted by the sound of breaking glass.

Her classmates started shouting. "Clara!" exclaimed one of her classmates.

Fiona turned around to see her twin's volumetric flasks shattered on the floor. Clara was bowing her head, trembling hands.

Fiona was about to pick up the broken glass when Clara beat her to it. Clara accidentally cut her hand in the process.

Clara's hand bled, and she wiped it with her uniform in fear. Fiona took her hand and cleaned it with her handkerchief. "Hindi ka nag-iingat..." Fiona mumbled, softly.

She tied the handkerchief around Clara's hand to stop the bleeding. Clara's eyes filled with tears as she realized what her twin had done.

The bell rang right on time. But their classmates didn't leave. Denise motioned for them to leave the laboratory. Even she was surprised.

Clara stood up and left. Fiona sighed. She was also confused by her twin's behavior. She wanted to catch up with Clara, but she needed to clean up the broken flask first. So, she decided to talk to her later.

After several hours...

It's already 4 pm. Irene suggested to Fiona that they should go straight to Ilocos for dinner because Aimee will be returning to the states.
