"You..." Brian trailed off, looking stunned, cold, and immediately shut off like it was New Years Eve again. Matt and Noelle looked between each other in panic.
Matt blinked. "You gave him a vision."
"A what?!"
"I gave him two." She says, her hands shaking. Channeling gave her migraines when she was totally ready for it. Her head now was throbbing out of her mind.
Brian stood up, not looking like he knew exactly what to do. Noelle rubbed her temples as the space behind her eyes pounded. "Holy fuck. Holy fuck that hurt." Matt instinctively went to put a hand on her shoulder and she squirmed away. "Don't. Please."
"Oh, this is hurting you!?" Brian acted amused. "What the fuck did you just show me?"
She looked up at him, eyes watering from how intense the headache had became. "You. And me. In what I think was 2007. Or 2008. One or the other. Or both. Holy fuck. Matt do you have an excederin?"
"How are you both being so damn casual right now!?" Brian almost shouted, grabbing her arm hard. it immediately took them both to another flashback.
"Don't fucking call me that! Don't fucking touch me either." She stood up, pacing the room. "Is this some sick sort of set up? Are you conniving with Travis or some shit?"
"Ellowyn. It will all make sense if you let me explain."
"So what? You're Synyster like in my imagination? Well fuck you then! You left me while I was being raped! He hurt me worse than anyone on earth and you fucking left me!""FUCK!" She screamed, grabbing her head and pulling her knees up to her chest, planting her head in them. "Stop! Please don't touch me!"
Matt had to grab Brian by his shirt so he wouldn't go to touch her again. Which worked until he gave Matt a hard shove, and grabbed her wrist harder than before.
"Look, I don't know if you're a voodoo, hypnosis motherfucker or what, but the shit you pulled in the car was weird. I know you saw me. The brake check said it all." Mandy glared. "So what were you doing?"
"I'm a 300 year old soul who was stuck in purgatory until 1997. One of the supernatural abilities that's lingered is dream giving." He said, deadpan.
She let go of his wrist, smacking his arm this time. "Be serious. That was fucking creepy. Noelle is my best friend and she's gone through hell and back so you and your friends better not be scene weirdos trying to get her into a blood cult or some shit."As soon as Brian pulled back she kicked him in the chest, hard, before attempting to get up and get away. As soon as she stood up, her vision started fading into a grey out. Her peripheral vision started to blur and get fuzzy. "M-Matt," She said. "Help,"
She began to fully black out but Matt was there to grab her from under her arms and start to help her back on her feet. Not knowing what to do to keep herself upright, she turned to face him, putting her head in his chest and holding on tightly to his shirt. "Hey, shh, you're okay, I've got you." He said as she wobbled, her head pounding so intensely she could barely think.
Matt looked back at Brian, who had ate shit on the grass, lying on his back, completely stunned.
"I'm sorry Syn," She said through tears. "I wish it had never happened this way."
Matt began to direct them to leave, and Brian was about to object before he stepped in.
"Not one step closer motherfucker. Don't even think about it."
So they left Brian there with his best friend's grave. And random shards of memories that could almost make sense to him in the right light.
