Chapter6: The day before the premiere

Roberta's POV

It's the day before the big day that everyone including children have been talking about, the premiere of Michael Jackson's Thriller and I can not wait. Lately I've been trying to not get clingy to him since I last saw him. A month in a half ago when we watched a movie in my house.

Flashback...
Yawn... I woke up and checked what time it was 11:59 a.m. that's good. Wait a minute.. How did I get in my bed... Oh that's right Michael was here last night... OH MY GOODNESS MICHAEL JACKSON WATCHED A MOVIE WITH ME!!! OK calm down.. Breathe Roberta. I got up out of my bed and went to the bathroom and did my hygiene stuff then I walked out of my room. As I walk down the hallway I noticed that the last door on the right is slightly cracked so I go to close it but before I closed it I almost fainted because of the scene that was in front of me. Michael was sleeping in the bed with his hair sticking to his forehead and his arms were behind his head and the covers were at his chest. The sun reflecting through the white curtains made it look like he was glowing and I couldn't stop staring because it was really a beautiful sight to see. So with a curious mind I walked in and turn the TV off. As I walked out I heard him yawn.
Michael: Roberta is everything OK?
Me: yeah everything is OK. I was just turning the TV off. You can go back to sleep.
Michael: oh OK I think I'm well rested. I haven't slept that good in a long time. These beds are really comfortable .
Me: that's good and yeah these beds are really good for the back I was told. This can be your room if you want.
Michael: I can tell and are you sure. I mean I already slept here without your permission.
Me: I'm positive and besides you don't hear me complaining about you staying here. Sometimes I do get a little bit lonely because of the quietness but I always have my babies here Monti and Mia.
Michael:oh OK and I understand about loneliness. That's how I felt when I started to notice that most of my siblings were moving out of hayvenhurst. And they are soo small but I'm scared of them. Haha
Me: yeah sometimes it's not a good feeling and why are you scared of small puppies? * goes to have a seat next to him on the bed *
Michael: I don't know honestly but I'm scared of them it's like no matter how small they are I still be feeling that they bite just as hard as big dogs.
Me:*tries hard not to laugh* oh really.. Well imma let them not get to you because I think your reaction would be a scary one haha
After me and Michael sat and talked for a min our conversations were interrupted by the sound of our stomachs growling. We walked downstairs... Rather Michael walked and I got onto his back. We were in the kitchen and Sarah noticed that we were coming down together and we both had on our pajamas.
Sarah: good afternoon my two big kids
Me and michael: haha good afternoon
Me: something smells delicious
Michael: yeah I'm starving
Sarah: well if that's the case then sit down. I made eggs, bacon ( turkey) ,pancakes, and Codi's favorite pineapple .
Michael : yummy that sounds great and who is Codi?
Me: I can't wait to dive in and Codi is my nickname. Mike
Michael: oh OK I think that's unique how do you spell it?
Me: thanks my mom thought it would be creative to give me a unisex nickname and you spell it C... O.. D.. I
Michael: oh that's beautiful
Me: thank you
Sarah: what do you guys have planned for today?
Me: well Michael and I have to get ready for the premiere tomorrow night. So I have tons of shopping to do . Then I have to go to the studio because it's time to do my autumn photoshoot for seventeen magizine. So I'll be out all today. What about you Michael
Michael: umm I have to make sure everything is ready for tomorrow night, then I have to go to two interviews and two photoshoots then the recording studio. So I'll be out today.
There was a knock on the door so I went to go answer it
Me: who is it
Janet: it's me Janet
Me:*opens the door* hey girl I'm surprised to see you here. Let me guess your looking for your twin haha
Janet:* steps in * haha yeah I had to come see your house and from the looks of it imma have to come more often when I'm not working haha and yeah Frank and Bill are nagging me and Randy about where Mike is. I guess he is here isn't he?
Me: girl you are welcome here anytime and I'm sorry. Michael came over last night and watched a movie with me and he ended up falling asleep in the guest room which looks identical to his room at hayvenhurst he said.
Janet: oh I see haha *calls for michael* Michael Bill and Frank are going to put their foot up your ass because you didn't tell them where u were going haha
Michael : umm good afternoon to you too dunk and how can they do that when I'm their boss.. Well I'm bills boss Frank is going to be OK. But I'm coming seeing that I got a lot of stuff to do today
Michael:* turns to me and gives me a hug and a kiss in the cheek * thank you. I'll call you later on
Me:*hugs him back and try soo damn hard not to melt* no problem like I told Janet you are welcome here anytime.
After that they left and I went to my excercise room and put on Janet Jacksons rhythm nation 1814 and worked off my breakfast. When I was done I went into the kitchen and was greeted by Malissa after I grabbed a bottle of water I went up stairs to my room and made up my bed them I went into my closet and contiplated on what I wanted to wear . So I pick out my black jeans and a white camosal and my black glitter sweater and my black glitter ankle boots with a buckle. Then I went to take a shower, I did my hygiene then I got dress, let my hair down my back and put on a black headband . I just put lotion on seeing that I had a photoshoot soon. So I grabbed my black purse and ran downstairs.
Malissa : well look at you looking all snazzy and what not
Me: thank you . So what's first in the agenda
Malissa : after you tell me why Michael Jackson was in your house we are off to do your photoshoots, then we are going shopping to pick out you an amazing jaw dropping dress for tomorrow night.
Me: oh OK well if you want to know the full story then we might want to leave now.
Malissa : OK I heard that let's go then
Me : haha I knew your nosey ass would want to know all about it. Mom I'll be home later
After that we left and got into the car and on our way to seventeen magizine building I told her everything and I can't count how many times her jaw dropped. After we did the interview and shoot we were off to the mall. Because I'm not as big as Michael in the terms of celebs I don't think I didn't have that much chaos. I picked out an amazing dress it was a floral dress. It was royal blue and had gold in it and the back was out . I had found the cutest black heels and the cutest black purse. Then I walked past a jewelry store and found a charming watch it had Mickey Mouse hugging miney mouse in it and the arm band I had ingraved his name in one and his birthday in the other one I had them put it in a red beautiful box. His birthday was coming up soon so I made reservations at his favorite Mexican restaurant in calibasas. I couldn't wait because he has absolutely no idea that I planned this. When I got home I ate dinner which was chicken Alfredo pasta and peach soda. Then I went upstairs and changed into my pajamas and brushed my teeth and washed my face. Then I climbed into bed and dialed Michael's number.
Michael: hello * in his sleepy voice*
Me: hey did I wake you up?
Michael: oh hey Roberta no you didn't wake me up. I have been out and about all day I forgot I told you to call me * slightly chuckles *
Me: I understand.. I been out all day as well getting ready for tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow are you ready?
Michael:me too and yeah I'm super excited about tomorrow
Me: me too. All I can say right now is congrats on thriller and thank you again for giving me the second best opportunity of my life with meeting you again a becoming a friend of yours the first. Thank you Michael
Michael: Awww thank you for being with me and becoming a true friend of mines. You really should be thanking John and Malissa because they put your name out there. I've had fun with you and I hope that this isn't the last time I get to work with you. I can't say this would be the last time I see you because you are coming with us on the Victory Tour and rehearsals. And I'm excited.
Me: Awww I got to give them a call when I get a chance to thank them as well and I know I'm sooo excited for tour and rehearsals. Thank you again.
Michael: no problem. But tomorrow just to let you know we are meeting at hayvenhurst then we all including my family are leaving to go cinema 86( not a real place BTW) to watch the premiere. My nieces and nephews are coming, and if you want you can invite some people too. Then afterwards we are coming back to hayvenhurst i think.
Me: OK cool. I guess I can invite my two best friends Maleigha and Tatiana. And OK so with me the thing is I just have to run around so I'm taking my car but I should be home no later than three and you can stop by there if Frank don't have you running around like a chicken with its head cut off* laughs*
Michael: * laughs too * OK that would be cool.
Me: imma let you go because I'm getting sleepy and I have to wake up early according to Malissa. Good night Mike, sleep well
Michael : * yawns * OK Codi good night sleep well

Tomorrow is going to be beautiful.. I can just feel it
