Chapter 18: BAD

Roberta's POV
It's been a year in a half since Michael proposed to me and since thriller shook our Airways. Thriller is still topping the charts and it's the biggest selling album yet. Michael and I are still doing fine. We decided to get married after his new album BAD comes out. We both made some changes in ourselves. Michael skin condition spreaded all over his body. And to his face. He goes through hell on some days but others I always make him forget he has it. He do have his days where he don't want to be bothered but I won't let him shield himself because I just won't let him do that. He argues with me from time to time but I always win. There is a lot you can do with the power of his mother. Ladies take notes haha. Karen and his dermatologist has made sure that his skin is even out . His hair grew and I love it. He is still the same Michael Joe Jackson that I fell in love with. He also purchase his first new home. It's a ranch that is in Saint Yanez California . He renamed it Neverland. He is expecting to move in before tour and I can't wait to see the master works he has created. He is almost done he said , however he won't let nobody see it until it's done. As far as BAD goes he is almost done with the album. He is busier than ever, with new short films compiled into one movie he titled moonwalker. He is in the process of writing a book tittled moonwalker. He recreated a Pepsi commercial redoing the hit song BAD . His brothers made another song and Michael is in it. It's called 2300 Jackson street. I love the song it brings back memories and it has all the Jackson children without Latoya. That's another story though. Everybody over here is doing well. I started doing runway modeling again. I just got back from France about two weeks ago. I advertise which is another addition to what I do in my career. I've done tons of interviews and photoshoots that asks the question of my relationship and I always answer the question respectably. Without putting our relationship on blast. It's obvious because of my rings on my finger. I'm still happy I swear I am. I also became a choreographer. It's fun I choreograph for a lot of artists and groups. Today I have a photoshoot and interview with Ebony magazine. I'm excited because I use to have every jet magazine that they issued when I was a teenager. They're really fun to collect. Right now I'm in my room cleaning it up with the help of Zina .

Michael's POV
It's been a year in a half since I made Roberta my fiance and I couldn't be any happier. Though we both work we rarely get time to plan or talk about the wedding. We will get to it I know we will. Roberta has already giving some ideas I like them. She should plan our wedding but she swears I have great taste in style. So I think we will collaborate in it. My newest album is called BAD and it is going great. Looks like Quincy and I are at it again. So far we have six songs on the album, BAD, Man In The Mirror , Another Part Of Me, Dirty Diana and I Just Can't Stop Loving You and The Way You Make Me Feel. This album has become quite easy for me to write. Which is not like me. These songs come to me from god at the most strangest times. Like with I just Can't Stop Loving You I was sleeping and as always my brain was working overtime and the words appeared in my head. I grabbed a recorder and just started talking because I didnt have paper so I couldn't write it down . I immediately got to the studio and put it together. Right now I'm talking to my producers and Frank my manger. We are trying to come up with ideas for the short film for The Way You Make Me Feel. So far we want to do it in a street type of scenario, and I'm suppose to play a guy who is trying to get this pretty lady attention. At first I fail and the fellas tell me to go home so on my way home an older man sees my attempts and struggle and he tells me to be myself. That's what I'm suppose to do. We got that part down pack now the only thing we are missing is a female. We are suppose to start auditions soon I think. I'm not nervous. I just don't know what Roberta will think of this idea. She don't seem like the type to get jealous but I'm still gonna tell her because I do not want a repeat of what happened two weeks before the Grammy's last year. That was the maddest I've ever seen her get at me .
Frank : Mike I've got some good news for you.
Me: I get to go home to my fiance
Frank: no kiddo but soon though soon. Anyways do you know who Malissa Ford is?
Me: yeah she is Roberta's and Maleigha manager. Why
Frank: oh OK so you are familiar with her. She talked to me a few moments ago over the phone and we talked about the female companion for the video. We first wanted Roberta to be in it just like she was in thriller but she is all pack for the week starting today. Maleigha is out of the country. She brought up another lady that she manege. Her name is Tatiana Thumberzin . She is also Roberta and Maleigha best friend.
Me: oh OK I know who you are talking about. She came with us to the premiere for thriller. What about her.
Frank: well we want to know if you would meet her and see if she would fit the part for the short film. She can audition or she can just come in. It's up to you.
Me: oh OK well I guess she could just come in. I can meet her and if I'm interested we'll get started from there.
Frank: OK kiddo I'll be back with some more information.
Me: see you later Frank,
I don't know... It's nothing wrong with the idea. To me I like it but I would love to have my baby working with me again. She did amazing for thriller. I understand she is a busy lady though. I have to call her because I need her input on what is about to happen. So I go back to my trailer and dial Roberta number.
Roberta: hello
Me: hey my love
Roberta: hey what's up
Me : nothing. I just got done talking to my producers and Frank.
Roberta: oh OK what's going on
Me: well nothing. We got the idea down for my short film The Way You Make Me Feel.
Roberta: oh great. I'm really sorry I couldn't make it. Had my schedule been somewhat cleared I would've been there.
Me: it's fine. I get to see you everyday so there's no problem at all. So Frank talked to Malissa and she mentioned that in your group which is just you and Maleigha And a lady name Tatiana . Because the both of you are really busy she suggested that Tatiana comes in and it's up to me if I want her or not.
Roberta : oh OK that sounds good. When do you get to meet her?
Me: you're OK with me working with another female besides you.
Roberta: yeah I'm totally down. Besides you did say work so what could go wrong. I trust you so go have fun doing what you love to do. When do u get to meet tati
Me: aww baby I love you. I really do. I trust you too . You call her tati. I get to meet her tomorrow. Right now we are going over the BAD video. Our deadline is quickly approaching for this album to be done and I'm excited because everything is coming together. I'm glad that I have you by my side to help me with this album.
Roberta : I'm proud of you. I'm here for you. Just to let you know I've read that they already making you the sex symbol of the 80's. No worries though you only belong to me.
Me: wow thank you baby and I kinda hope that they weren't going to do that . You know how easily I get embarrassed.
Roberta: I know baby. But face it, you're as handsome as they come. Make no mistake though you're the sexiest artist of the 80's though hahaha
Me: girl stop it haha. I got to go they are calling me. I love you . See you later.
Roberta : OK baby be safe I love you too. See you later.
Well that went well. Now let's hope for the best on tomorrow events.
