After you and Zenitsu had finished eating your food, you both figured it would be a good idea to follow Eli into the Wisteria House.
"You know," You started with a hum. "We're lucky to have found a Wisteria House so easily. This city is— well, it's fucking crazy."
"Right?!" Zenitsu agreed. "I swear, I've never seen a city as busy as this!"
Approaching the front doors of the quaint building, you spared a side glance to one another, before you reluctantly knocked on the front door.
In turn, a gorgeous young woman answered it. Her pools of chocolate gazed upon the two of you, just before she tucked a stray strand of her long, wavy blonde hair behind her ear.
Honestly, gorgeous was an understatement. She was stunning.
Trailing the two of you up and down, she soon figured out your identities as demon slayers.
"Hello, I see that you are both demon slayers. Please, come in!" She politely greeted, slightly bowing her head as a form of respect.
Preparing to hold Zenitsu back from harassing the poor woman, you briefly diverted your attention to him; in stark contrast, he merely chirped out his appreciation of her invite.
'Wow.. what happened to this guy?'
Blinking, you turned back to the woman, following her inside the Wisteria House. In a way, it seemed similar to the Tsuzumi Mansion.
"Hi, thank you so much!" You smiled to her, returning the slight bowing gesture in respect. "By any chance, did a dumbass with dark brown hair and blue eyes come in here? He's our teammate."
"No!" Zenitsu chimed in, "He's a goddamn moron! That's what he is."
"Touché," You nodded in agreement.
"Ah, him?" The woman raised her index finger with recognition. "I believe he went this way, follow me please!"
Offering Hoshi a small pat on your shoulder, you then began to follow the woman down the hallway alongside Zenitsu. "Thank you so much! We both appreciate it."
"No problem," She smiled softly. "I didn't catch your names, but I'm Hana Ueno. It's very nice to meet you two."
"Zenitsu Agatsuma!"
"(Y/N) (L/N), nice to meet you, too."
As she stopped in front of a door, she turned back to the two of you. "He should be in here. (L/N), Agatsuma, please let me know if you need anything!"
In turn, you waved her farewell. As she disappeared from your sight, your demeanor flicked like a switch.
You shoved Hoshi into Zenitsu's arms, cracking your neck—a newfound fire boiling beneath your skin. "Hold onto her for a second, will you?"
Stunned, Zenitsu gaped at you, blinking in confusion, "Wait— (Y/N)-chan, what are you doing—?!"
Without explanation, you slammed the door open, barreling toward Eli. "COME HERE, BASTARD! YOU THINK YOU CAN GIVE US THAT ATTITUDE, AND GET AWAY WITH IT?!"
