(Olly's POV)
She's gone. Just like all those years ago. When he hated each other, or I hated her. Except this time, I felt empty. We still haven't left to go back to the real world yet. I'm just turning over in my bed and I keep expecting her to be in her bed asking some random question. I can't sleep.
Morning eventually comes back. I don't know if I slept or not. I probably didn't. I slid off my bed and headed for the kitchen. Jean-Pierre was sitting in the kitchen talking to Hole Punch. I highly doubt they got any sleep. I hid by the door so they wouldn't notice me. I wanted to know what they were talking about. Someone else walked in.
"Hey Rubber, how did you sleep?" Jean asked.
"Fine," She said.
"Well Hole Punch didn't get any sleep, I got some."
"I never get any anyway," he muttered.
"What was that?" Jean asked, I could tell he was giving him a stern look. Hole Punch knows not to mess with Jean when he gets like this. Which isn't often.
"Nothing."
"That's what I thought," Jean said. I took a quick look at what was happening. Jean's red eyes were glaring at him.
"Man you 've been so cold to me lately, what happened?"
That was all it took Jean snapped. "Are you kidding me? Do you have any idea what happened yesterday?"
"Yes," he said. "I remember."
"And whose fault is it?"
"Jean calm down," I heard Rubber say. "It's not his fault."
"NOT HIS FAULT?! OF COURSE IT'S HIS FAULT!"
"Jean, please stop yelling, someone will hear you."
"Fine," he said. His voice was quieter and harder to make out. "But when Olly brought us back we swore we would protect them, both of them." he paused, his voice cracking. "And now look at what happened. Olivia's gone missing. We failed again."
"Jean," Rubber said.
He wasn't finished talking. I could tell he was fighting the urge to cry. I already was. "I don't know about you guys but Olly and Olivia feel like siblings to me. I just can't imagine that we may never see Olivia again. Or that she's hurt."
"Jean, I think we all feel the same here. But don't worry, we're talking about Olly's sister. If she's anything like her brother then she'll be fine don't worry I'm sure of it. We'll find her for Olly." Hole Punch said. I move from the doorway to face them. I didn't care if I was crying. They were always going to be there for me. That I could count on.
"Thank you," I whispered to them. They all turned to face me.
They didn't speak, they just stood there frozen not sure what to say.
Finally Rubber spoke up, "Just how long have you been there?"
"Long enough."
