Chapter 7

"What!" Lae (Laetitia) says. Astraea took a big sigh. They were currently in her house hanging out since it was weekend. She just told Laetitia with what happened between her and Jayden.

"Do you regret it?" Lae asks. "No, I don't. It was amazing and I wanna do it again. That was my first kiss." Astraea murmured the last part quietly, so she wouldn't hear, but she did. "What! Your first..." "You know what I think? I think you like the guy. You are all flustered up, just by talking about him. You should give it a shot, if you're ready. Are you though?" Lae continued. "Lae, I don't know. I need to figure this outtt." Astraea says "But you do know he's a manwhore right? He's got quiet a reputation, so keep that in mind to, sis." Lae says.

"Trust me I know." Astraea says. "I know." She says absently.

Alarm bell rings

Astraea gets up out of the bed and gets ready to leave for school.

She hadn't slept at all. She was wide awake thinking about the kiss. She couldn't believe that it happened. Even now preparing herself for school, she thinks about him.

After eating breakfast with her family. She left to go wait next to the car for her dad, while he is getting himself ready to drop her off.

"Good luck at school, sweetheart. I love you." Her father says to Astraea in the car. To which she replied with a kiss on his cheek and a "Bye, I love you to, dad."

Then she got up out of the car and went straight to school and to The School yard, where Laetitia texted her she was seating at.

Finding her at the Bench, Astraea says: "Hey girl, how are you doing?" "Fine fine thanks for asking." Laetitia smiles and replies further with: "How did you sleep? Let me guess, wide awake with Mr. Lover Boy on your mind." When she saw how Astraea looked at her. She teasingly smiled. "Oh, so I'm rigghhtt." She says happily. "Not gonna lie but I ship you two."

"Gurl, I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do. I think I like him." Astraea says quietly. Laetitia screams but not to hard, to draw attention towards her. Just enough for only Astraea to hear. "Gurl, I knew it. Well, tell him that yourself. He is comingg riighhtt nooww."

Just then Astraea whips her head and looks behind her. The guy that ruined her sleep was walking with Curt and his other friend, which name she didn't know. He was all she could think about at night. His lips that molded against her and when they became one in that moment was all she could think about. His aura screamed bad news. She felt herself getting curious about him. She wanted to know everything about him.

Sensing someone watching him Jayden turned his head looking for who it was.

His pearcing grey eyes connected with her dark brown ones. He was drawned in her eyes. She was so beautiful. He didn't know that she could make him feel the way she's making him feel. He couldn't explain what it is he is feeling. He didn't know that after kissing her, he knew he would become addicted. When she ran away after the kiss, he went back home and boxed against the boxing bag. Even when he boxed he was thinking of the way she felt against him, when they kissed. Her soft, succulent, luscious lips he sucked on like it was the last thing he needed on her. How her body felt and reacted against him. In that moment he knew he needed to forget her, but he couldn't. But he was going to try. Even though it was going to be a hard battle for him.

Still making eye contact with her. She was the first one to break it, becoming shy.

"Do you already have your suit for the gala?" Axel asked. "No, it's arriving today." Jayden says. To which Curt replies with: "Do you know who you are going to invite to this gala?" "I think I'm going to attend with Aubrey. Give her a chance and see what she's all about."
