...
...
Adora shouted and yelled as her sword clashed against the gauntlet.
...
...
Y/N backed away, dodging a sideswipe from the Sword of Protection.
...
As Adora swung around again, they used their fiery gauntlet to block it with ease.
...
They shouted as they made a spin kick, a slash of fire coming from it, forcing Adora to back away.
They were both in a sparring simulation.
Adora swept her sword, shouting as the Ranger easily slid to the side both times.
...
Holographic bots would pop out, Adora and Y/N quickly switching gears with surprising speed.
They both went back to back.
After giving each other a nod, Adora went ahead and started to slash apart some of the bots in front of her.
...
Y/N yelled as they smashed one to bits with a left hook, then turning as they hopped, sending a kick to another bot, flames abound from it, destroying it.
Adora yawned as she continued.
...
Laughing as she sliced through two more, she stood on top of another, giggling.
"Hey, this is kind of fun-whoa!"
You are not taking your training seriously.
...
Light Hope had popped up, unamused by Adora's demeanor throughout the session.
"What? Me? That doesn't sound like me?" Adora feigned shock as Y/N stepped to her side, laughing a little.
Adora.
The blonde groaned, annoyed, "Ugh. Come on, Light Hope. It's not like I'm learning anything new here."
...
Besides... by sparring with them I actually manage to learn something...
...
...
Then I must offer more hands-on instruction. There is a bot behind--
Adora threw her sword back, hitting the bot right in the screen, watching it sizzle and break apart.
She caught the sword in her hand, Y/N sitting there, almost impressed.
Had they NOT known the bot was there, at least.
...
...
"Am I done now?" Adora's arms were crossed.
I sense... resistance.
"Because this is useless," Adora detransformed, "I need answers, not this training. I feel like I'm only learning anything from Y/N-no offense," Adora whispered the last bit to the Ranger.
"None taken," they replied.
...
"We're fighting a war, and the Horde has been one step ahead at every turn. Glimmer thinks that they're tracking Y/N," Adora started to pace, Y/N adopting a scowl at the reminder.
