Final stand

Meanwhile, in the forest is Koga, Braixen, Bolt, Sylvia, Tom and Pheromosa, still badly damaged. They didn't move the whole time because of their condition they are in, but that's about to change when Bolt started walking up.

Bolt: mmm... what... what happened?

As he was about to get up, he felt tons of pain when standing up, but he's not giving up. He kept struggling, using what's left of his strength he got till he finally got up.

Bolt: *in pain* ooooww...

He struggled his way towards Tom and gently shook him, trying to wake him up and he did.

Tom: mmm... what... what happened?

He struggled to hover and just decided to just walk instead.

Bolt: don't you remember? We got beaten by Wafu, Greninja's brother?

Tom: oh, now I remember. But isn't his real Koga?

Bolt: oh, I forgot he has a name instead of the species name.

Tom: yeah, we should also wake the others up.

They both started waking up their friends, one by one till eventually all are awake, but their body is still in lots of pain.

Pheromosa: *in pain* oh Arceus... this hurts so much.

Tom: tell me about it. I think I need some new parts that Wafu broke.

Sylvia: let's just go home and use that medkit. Good thing Frank taught us how to do it.

Everyone started going back home, all but Koga and Braixen.

Tom: hey, aren't you guys coming?

Koga: no, you guys go ahead. I'm going to find Wafu.

Braixen: I'm coming too!

Koga: no you are not! Go home where it's safe, it's only between me and my brother!

Braixen: you can't do this alone! You are hurt and covered in bruises.

Koga: so are you! Why can't you understand I'm doing this to protect you! Protect you from him because he's dangerous! Protecting you because... *sniff* because *sniff*....

He started tearing up as he started thinking about what will happen if he didn't protect Braixen from Wafu. But also because...

Koga: because... I love you... and if something happens to you... I'll never forgive myself and I'll loose you, forever.

Braixen then hugged him to try to calm him down.

Braixen: shh. I know you're trying to protect me, but I'm also want to help you because if something bad happened to you... I... I don't know what I'll do without you.

Koga: I love, Braixen.

Braixen: and I love you to, Koga.

They looked at each other's eyes and kissed. After they kissed Koga let's Braixen help to take down Wafu, but she's not alone.

Tom: I'm coming with you!

Pheromosa: me too!

Bolt: me four!

Pheromosa: your supposed to say me three.

Bolt: oh, I guess Wafu punched my head so hard he messed up my counting of the numbers.

Sylvia: as if you weren't dumb already. Oh, and I'll help to. But only because I want revenge for what that beefy Pokemon did to me! (And... Bolt.)

Koga couldn't believe his eyes and ears, all of his friends wants to help him, after telling them to go to a safe place they want still want to help, even in their condition.
