China pov
•○°•○•°○•Words cannot describe the rage and overflowing amounts of pure hatred I am experiencing now. That horrible bitch that calls herself an alpha, let alone a mother, is a waste of space in this world after everything she has done. I hate her with every fiber in my being. Fuck this mission/experiment thing.
I. Want. Her. Dead.
Six feet under.
Rotting.
Worms crawling around, on, and in her corpse.
Burning in hell.
Eating decaying raw chicken with Gangus Kahn in hell.
That's how she should be
She ruined my entire life all because her five-year-old son turned out to be an alpha and wanted to get rid of any threat before there was any threat.
Fuck.
Her.
I continued glaring at the smug woman that was filled with unchecked and unearned confidence.
Russia looked at the woman with a twisted expression. "Taiwan?"
"My pack needed safety from that place, so I offered them an alpha boy in return that they would stay off my territory and won't capture any of my people," she tried to humanize herself, "One sacrifice for the many."
I growled, "How did that turn out for you?"
She ignored me. The smaller girl stepped away from her mother in shock. Huh. Guess that's my sister.
"Why don't you tell your new child that they were only born to be made into a bargaining coin?" I grinned at the vowel lady before looking at Philippines. "Nice to meet you, Ms. Phillipines. I am China, you may call me big brother if you wish," I cooed to the young girl, who seemed to freak out further.
"I- I can't right now," she mumbled, covering her face with her hands. Ukraine placed a hand on her shoulder and ushered her to the empty house that was cleaned up for them.
America stood me up and growled, "Be civil, or I will end you, got it?"
"Sure," I said in the most monotone voice I could utter.
"Let's go and talk and not tear out any throats," Russia said to the pathetic excuse of a living being.
Canada strolled over, looking like Waldo, with slim, lanky, wide eyes, and always looking out of place.
"Alright China, let's not murder anyone and cause a war," the maple country grabbed me from the omega and started to walk me in the opposite direction the other alphas were going.
"Easy for you to say," I growled back at him.
"Hey sis," I mumbled while approaching the bench she was sitting on. Kinda weird that they put a bench near a cliffside, but the view is amazing. The moonlight complemented the mountains in the far distance and the pathway almost glowed in the natural light.
I saw the girl flinch before composing herself as the perfect omega Taiwain raised her to be.
"What do you want, China," her voice was soft, almost as if she was intimidated by my presence. I slowly sat down, giving her room on the handcrafted bench. Phill only gave me a glance and pressed herself into the arm of the bench, but refused to get up.
Stubborn.
Like America.
We sat in silence for a few minutes, just gazing at the heavenly sight before us, wrapped in the cool night air.
"She never let you out of her sight, did she?" I asked the dainty girl. She nodded.
"Never let you explore too far, you had hand-picked friends and tutors too, didn't you?" She nodded again, hugging herself and looking down from the mountains.
Hmmm.
Raised like me.
Well besides selling me off to a bunch of evil men. I have no idea why I am loyal to them.
Probably because they will brutally torture me and destroy every piece of happiness I have left in this cold, unforgiving world.
"And let me guess... you like one of them. Like, like like them."
She curled into herself more.
That's a "yes."
"We both know that she's using you. We both know you don't want this."
"Who the hell would want this?" She tried her best to growl out, but her voice cracked. "I know that my own mother is trying to give me to the first person that might make her life easier, then she'll forget about me. Like I'm an object, like I'ma bargening token. I don't want this!"
Tears started to stream down her perfectly sculpted face.
Uhhh... what should I do?
I'm not good with emotions.
I reluctantly put an arm around her shoulders. I expected her to leap from my touch and off the cliff, but instead she tightly hugged me and wept into my chest. My arms curled around the delicate girl's slim frame as she trembled in my hold.
This- this is my sister weeping in my arms. She is just as broken as I am.
One long lost emotion crept into me: empathy.___________
