"What are you freaking doing?!" Ximena discreetly slaps his shoulder in exaggeration.

"Did you just say, "Ximena's husband?!" Mrs. Lee raises an eyebrow and scoffs.

"Ximena?! What is the meaning of this?! I demand an explanation!" Her mother raises her voice in authority.

"Let's go somewhere where we can all talk in tranquility." Ximena responds nervously.

~Several Minutes Later: At The Café~

"Are you two going to explain to me what is going on here?!" Mrs. Lee was getting impatient by the minute.

Ximena notices that her mother had her arms crossed in a displeased manner. Ximena felt like choking on the air because of how uncomfortable the tension was feeling around her.

"We got married in secret....again." Ximena responds.

Her mother tried to process the response Ximena just made. Minseok squeezes her hand to calm her down.

"Are you crazy?! Married in secret?! Without my blessings?!" She blurts out.

Ximena tilts her head to the side and notices people were looking at them.

"Please don't shout mom! People will start talking!" Ximena whispers out loud and tries to calm her mother down.

"No, I will not calm down!" She whispers back loudly.

"Why?! Why did you do such a horrid thing?!" She asks.

Minseok rolls his eyes in disappointment. The amount of distrust she just spat out from her mouth made Minseok want to kidnap Ximena away from her prestige lifestyle again. He knew that her mother wasn't going to approve of them, but he didn't care.

"Is it crime to fall in love? I don't think there is a law that says falling in love is a crime." Minseok speaks up.

"But what you did is crime! You kidnapped her."

"And I payed the price for my actions!" Minseok says.

"I guess that makes me a criminal as well mom. I was his accomplice and I fell in love with him." Ximena says.

"Shut up! I don't want to hear it!

"Either way, his reputation is in a complete disaster. We'll be the laughingstock of the century if people find out that my daughter married a criminal." Mrs. Lee says.

"I really don't care what people say about me anymore. I'm done now. They can throw me hateful and disrespectful comments towards me. I'm not about that life anymore." Ximena says.

"What about your parents?! Don't you have an once of respect for your parents who are the most respected people of this country?!" Her mother asks.

"I lost all my respect for dad and what about you mom?! Why are you still with dad after all he's done?! You'd be the laughingstock of the millennium." Ximena says.

Her mother was too stunned to speak.

"Do you still have feelings for him or....are you only staying by his side because he is rich?" Ximena picks her drink up and takes a sip of it nonchalantly.
