Pierre Gasly x Daniel ricciardo pt. 2

Even though it was what he had been longing for, Daniel was nervous. He was nervous not necessarily because of himself, but because he didn't want people to throw hate at Pierre.

So the first time they went out in public, holding hands maybe his hands were a bit sweaty and maybe he was way too tensed for his natural self. Maybe he was also more quiet than usual.

Of course his gorgeous caring boyfriend noticed and of course he reassured them that there was no pressure to do this. And that Pierre wanted this as well and didn't just do it because Daniel had asked him to.

As the hours passed by Daniel began to relax more and more. They met up with Charles and Lando in a café, for some brunch exchanging light tender touches.

When they arrived back home they just cuddled while watching Netflix. Daniel pretty much laying on top of Pierre his head resting on Pierre's chest while the other was carding through his hair.

The second time they went out it was only them. They went for a walk to the habour, holding Hands and talking softly to each other about everything and nothing.

That was when the first rumours started to spread. A Paparazzi had taken a photo of them and of course the next best gossip Magazine wrote an article.

The second time someone spotted them was after the melbourne Grand Prix. There was numerous videos and photos of Pierre leaving with Dan and his family. It was only the second time Pierre had properly met Daniel's Family due to covid and the smile couldn't be rubbed off of Daniel's face.

All of his favourite people were together and seeing Pierre play with his nephew and niece almost made him tear up and wonder if they would ever adopt children together. He sure hoped they would.

That weekend was also when fans started to get suspicious.

The day their relationship was properly outed was when they were in rouen. Pierre, Daniel and Pierre's parents were trailing through the city. Daniels arm around Pierre's shoulders and Pierre's arm around Daniels waist.

Of course there was a Paparazzi taking a Picture the second Daniel leaned down to press his lips to Pierre's. Only for a split second, but the Internet broke anyway.

Later that day Pierre posted a story of their Hands slung together and tagged Daniel. After getting official confirmation the entire f1 community was writing about them.

The next race was Canada. Pierre was really glad they weren't in some huge ass homophobic country.

He was even more relief when the interviewer in front of him started speaking French. He didn't know if he would've been able to say what he wanted to say in english in that Moment.

"Pierre Gasly, hello"

"Hello"

"May I say Happy pride month"

The right corner of his mouth turned upwards slightly, before he responded.

"You may, and thank you."

"So obviously Sporting wise it hasn't been the best Season for you so far. Quite some unfortunate events and the car just not being on top of its game.

How are you handling it? Franz tost told us that there is updates coming for this race, so after fp1 is over can you say the car has improved already or do you think that maybe you could even be foghting for higher midfield positions this season?"

Pierre couldn't help, but let out a sigh of relief when the reporter didn't ask more questions about his and Daniel's relationship. Just because he was comfortable with people knowing they were dating didn't mean he was comfortable with spilling details.

The race itself was a delight. Charles won the race, with Carlos in second and Daniel in third. A shared kiss in parc ferme and Daniel twirling him around causing cheers from everyone.

Two Dnf's for red bull while Yuki and him had scored good points and Pierre kissing the enemy it really was a good day to piss horner and Marko off.
