It's been exactly 3 days since the darkness came to us.

Darkseid may have fallen, but the darkness still lingers over us all.

The city is in ruin. Our spirits were crushed under the fallen buildings.

Flash took Scott and Allen back to their earth, along with their massive rock of a villain. He let us keep Logan's body as he felt it was more appropriate for us to lay him with the soil on our side. I don't know if Allen has had her funeral yet, but I feel sad I couldn't attend. Sadness seems to be the only emotion running through me at the moment. Logan hasn't been laid to rest yet. We want Kara to be able to attend.

Reality hasn't sunken in. The world seems to be quiet, not even a bird or a plane in the sky. Katie stayed with us; she wants to see Kara wake, then she'll leave. It doesn't feel like home here, anymore.

Where do we go from here?

"How weak can you get?" The strange woman shouted at Kara. Kara laid lifeless on the ground, mangled. "No, you don't get to sleep until I'm through with you!" The woman screamed as she grabbed onto what was left of Kara's suit, forcing her up to her feet. Blood spewed from where her arm used to be. Her face completely busted; I could no longer tell if she was angry, sleeping, crying, I just couldn't read her beautiful face anymore. The woman had a similar physique to Kara, although she seemed to be older. She was suited up in white with her chest exposed; her hair was short blonde.

"Leave her alone!" I yelled as I made my way over to them. I tried to shove her away from Kara, but she didn't budge. "Can't you see she's lost an arm! Back the hell up!" I felt rageful. I felt so much anger, and yet this woman had the audacity to laugh in my face.

"Once she's over this pathetic stage, she'll be fine. She's no SpongeBob, but she'll be fine. Now, how about you backup? Because all I see here is a weakened Kryptonian who let this whole mess happen!"

"She didn't let this happen! Who the fuck are you anyway?" I spat.

"The hell she didn't! Logan is dead because Supergirl didn't do what needed to be done. She never does." The stranger said furiously.

"Dead? Logan isn't dea-" I cut myself off. I have been so focused on Kara that I-I forgot about everyone else. With great pain, I force myself to turn in the direction of where Logan was last seen. Finally, the noise from outside Kara and I's world starts to filter in. Alex was wailing over Logan's body. Maggie wasn't far behind. Scott was off in the distance, staring at his feet. Flash was crawling towards Allen, making his way to his daughter. Logan. Allen. They were - they were dead. "Oh my god."

"When will you ever grow up! I'm sick of you. I'm sick of you and your fucking rules." The woman continued. I forced down the new information I had just received and brought my attention back to Kara and this big chested woman.

"She's losing a lot of blood. Please, please let me take her to the D.E.O. You - you can yell at her later." I tried a calmer approach.

"Lena, you never change. I've met a couple of you, and you never change." The woman mumbled to herself. "Where did her abilities go? It surely isn't because of the overcast." She had said, leaving me astonished over the fact that she was talking with me as if she didn't have a dying Kara in her hands, armless!

"Our daughter, Katie, wanted to spar." I said in a rushed manner. We need to get Kara to the D.E.O. damn it.

"Katie." The woman repeated. Her expression seemed to change. "Katie!" She screams so violently that I could've sworn the ground shook. This caught everyone's attention. Alex finally got to see the state her sister was in. Moments later, Mon-El arrives with Katie. Alex kindly hands Logan over to Maggie as she limps her way over to her sister.

"Yes? Mom-" Katie immediately stops speaking when she sees Kara. "Oh, Rao!" She cried as she ran over to her mom. The stranger drops Kara to the ground and grabs ahold of Katie's suit by the collar.

"Get your hands off of her!" I yelled, my words going unheard.

"Get off me!" Katie orders.

"Quit squirming." The woman demands.

"Power Girl, get off me, now!" Katie screams in the woman's face. Power Girl brings Katie closer to her. Their faces are now being inches apart.

"I said no more squirming!" Power Girl screams in Katie's face, showering her with spit. "Because of you, Logan is dead! Because of you, Allen is dead! If I hadn't come, you all would be dead. Katie, I am so sick of your childish behavior. Do you know why she never sparred with you? Because you are beneath her, beneath us, it takes a crazy amount of green to get us down to your level. You disgusting child. Look what you did! Open your eyes. Look damn it! Look!" Power Girl shouted in my daughter's face. In the background, Scott had run and got a flame going to tend to Kara's arm. Katie stayed, frozen in the grasp of Power Girl. Her eyes wandered around to find Logan and Allen. Realization hit. "See it? You never know when something is going to come, and Supergirl can't be wasting her time playing dollhouse with you. If she dies too, that's on you. Both of you."

"Or maybe it's because you keep running your mouth!" Alex argued. "My sister is lying here, unconscious, missing an arm, and now is the time you chose to have a teaching lesson? Be useful and take her to the D.E.O. Now."

"I don't know whe-" Power Girl is taken back by Alex, almost as if she was in shock over seeing her.

"Find it." Alex says.

"Lena." My name infected the air. Without urgency I searched for the owner of the voice. Down the hall towards the entrance of the D.E.O. I saw Maggie walking to me. "Come on Luther, let's get moving." Maggie said, reaching out for my hand.

"I- where would we be going? She could wake up any minute. I, uh, I want to be close." I muttered while grabbing Maggie's hand.

"Why don't we just stand outside for a second? Fresh air would be nice. We'll even be close enough to run in if she wakes up." Maggie suggested. Fresh air. That does sound nice... "Lena, she'd want you to breathe. Stop holding your breath and freezing time. She can't get better, none of us can get better if time is frozen. Let's move. Forward." She has to get better. I - we need her. Kara has been unconscious since it all happened. She lays sleeping in a cold room in the D.E.O Her arm has been patched up. Under the sun laps her wounds slowly begin to heal yet her eyes remain closed.

"Okay, forward." was all I managed to respond with. Maggie dragged me outside of the D.E.O where her and I just stood in silence. There was no sun in the sky as she was lying asleep in the D.E.O. There was a soft breeze walking down the shattered streets of National City.

"Have you thought about her arm at all?" Maggie blurted out in a calm manner. In truth I hadn't at all thought about her arm. I was only focused on her eyes, I needed to see her eyes again. And the kids...there was so much to think about.

"I- no it hadn't crossed my mind. Have you?" I asked. Maggie shifted from foot to foot.

"Yeah, actually. I was talking to Winn about it. As soon as we got back from- I started looking up arms and was showing them to him. I needed to-to think about something else. Either way, he uh, drew up some stuff. Was wondering if you'd want to give it a look? Losing an arm must be shocking but I bet with your help we could help her out." Maggie said.

"Are you suggesting I make her an arm?" I asked curiously. I hadn't thought of that but I could make her an arm.

"Y-yeah! I know it'll probably be hard but-"

"I'll do it. Give me all you and Winn have drawn up and I'll work on it. Depending on how her arm has healed, in two to six months her arm will be ready for device fitting. For now a temporary prosthesis could be given two to three weeks from now. " I spit out. She's going to need an arm. She's going to need one soon after she wakes up. "Maggie, I- I think I need to go."

"Moving forward?" Maggie asked through a smile.

"Moving forward." I repeated
