"Well uh, looks like we are walking." Rue sighed.

Ashtray, Y/n, and Rue all walked back to her house. It wasn't that far when you think about it. Rue pushed her bike so that she was doing the same amount of work as everyone else. When they made it to Rue's house, they snuck in through the window. She might have been grounded.

"So what are we supposed to do now?" Y/n asked, laying on Ashtray's shoulders.

"Whatever the fuck we want." Rue branly stated, laying on her back while fidgeting with her hair.

"Can we go to the park or something?" Y/n sat up straight.

"You and Ashtray can. I don't want to be out for too long. Plus I'm tired as fuck. I might be sort of grounded too." Rue closed.

"Are you serious? Again? What did you do this time?" Y/n asked, laying next to Rue.

"My mom might have found some molly in my drawers. And might have found other stuff you don't need to know about." Rue scratched the back of her neck.

"Well can Ashtray and I go, uh, by ourselves?" Y/n asked, turning her body to Rue.

"Uhhhhh I guess. Go there and only there. I don't need another person mad at me." Rue laughed, watching
Y/n's face light up.

"Thank youuuu rue rueee." Y/n smiled, hugging Rue.

She opened Rue's window, signalling Ashtray along. Y/n waved one last time, smiling brighter than the sun. Y/n liked being alone with Ashtray. I mean, who wouldn't? She liked being able to hold his hand, kiss him, just laying with him without the judgement of others. She always wanted to kiss inside one of those tubes that connect a different part of the playground to the other.

Ashtray didn't seem like someone to be into romantic things, but never judge a book by its cover right?

Ashtray and Y/n sat across inside a hunter green tube, it was big enough for them to sit straight up, The playground was a big one, perks of living in a place where a lot of kids live. It was camel and Sepia brown, with some parts of it a hunter green. It had wood chips as flooring, which is way better than sand or rocks. Ashtray would have been pissed if his shoes got filled with sand or covered in chalk from the rocks.

"It's so hot." Ashtray complained, taking off his jacket.

"I know. I'm so stupid for wanting to come out here when it's hot." Y/n blamed herself.

"You're not stupid. What else did you expect? It's august. Speaking of August, it's almost my girlfriend's birthday." Ashtray smiled, grabbing y/n's hand.

"Girlfriend?" Y/n grinned, joy filling up her vision.

"Yeah, girlfriend. I don't think I ever told you about her." Ashtray teased.

"No but you should." Y/n laughed.

"She's as pretty as a picture. She has these dazzling eyes that make me go crazy when they look my way. She has this beautiful hair that I just love, especially when it's free and natural. Her name is so bewitching, when I hear it I think about her and only her. My favorite thing about her is the effect she has on me. She makes me thrive for her, she makes me get all jittery just thinking about her. She's stunning, really." Ashtray described.
