Huey and Adaline collapsed in bed, exhausted from their sex session. They were both panting heavily and sweating profusely as their naked bodies were exposed. Adaline rolled onto Huey and began cuddling with him. Huey welcomed her by encircling her with his arm while she rubbed his chest.

"That was amazing, I didn't know we still had it," Adaline smiled.

"Yeah!" Huey agreed as he kissed her on the forehead.

It felt nice to get his sexual frustration out. He hadn't had sex in a while because of the divorce he and Adaline were going through.

He felt bad for leading Adaline on since he was furious with Jazmine. This was his means of seeking revenge against her. The only problem is that she wasn't alive to witness it. It's also possible that she was witnessing it when she was dead. Either way, it still hurt him because the worst part was that he was still in love with her.

He was still in love with her when she left him without a word.

Huey remembers being concerned about her and then attempting to find her. Everyone kept telling him she had left him, but he refused to believe it since he didn't believe Jazmine would do such a thing. He waited for her for two months before realizing she wouldn't return. Huey vented his rage by wrecking the house, drinking, smoking, and sleeping with many women in their bed, which they shared.

He thought it would bring her back but it didn't.

He started a fire in the back of his house and burned everything in it that belonged to or reminded him of Jazmine. He set fire to her clothes, jewelry, hair products, stuffed animals, books, pictures, films, sex tape, and other keepsakes from their dates. The list went on and on until he had practically everything she owned out of the house. He quickly regretted burning anything of hers that reminded him of them once he was no longer angry.

All their memories were gone because of his rage. They were never coming back and there was no way he could get them back.

He thought it was a good thing, but he knew deep down it was bad because it put him in a bad mental state.

Huey thought that he should fully move on from Jazmine and start dating again instead of sleeping around.

But when he was dating, he dated women that looked similar to her. They would all have curly hair, unique eyes, a nice personality, and strive to be something greater in life.

He liked some of the women he dated but they could never measure up to Jazmine.

When she left he started getting paid more by his boss. His boss told him he thought he deserved a raise and he got a higher annual salary than his other coworkers.

He was grateful but he wishes Jazmine was there to hear the news. If she just had been a little bit more patient he could have taken care of everything and they would have gone to college early.

But she left!

When Huey found out from Cairo that Jazmine cheated on him with Dr. Anderson, he started questioning what she liked about Dr. Anderson and what she had seen in him.

Now that he thinks about it, she practically adored him. He was one of the only coworkers at her job that she liked and that she would talk to.

He looked at the footage Cairo sent him of the two and she seemed to be very in love with him. Before she would leave the hotel they always shared a hug, a kiss, and he would touch her all over her body as if she was his.

And the thing about Dr. Anderson was he didn't look bad for his age. He still didn't look bad even though he's 60-something years old.

Did she like him because of his looks, money, the way he treated her, and the fact that she was always around him?
