LEAVING?

12 hours later...

It was already about 8 am. We skipped lunch because we were so busy. Not only did you train the kids for quite some time but they also introduced this thing called Greed Island. Apparently Gon's father made it and he wants Gon to play it, not that it'd give him any clue in finding him, he just wants to show off the game. 'Deadbeat ass dad' I thought but again, Gon doesn't hate him so... it is what it is. He wants to go in the game and I'll help him. But according to Killua, we don't have enough funds. I can't ask my father because I don't really want him to know where I am, so he wouldn't hurt the people here; Same as Killua. Both our families are dangerous and we don't want them to hurt Gon's family if we get into trouble in the future so killua came up with the idea of making money in yorknew, I approved it since we were going to yorknew anyways so why not.

"Looks like yorknew's really calling for us huh ' ''' I said out loud. "I wonder what's going to happen there".

"What are you doing on the terrace? And where are the kids?". I looked behind me to see aunt mito as she sits beside me.

"Just thinking of my next moves and the kids are asleep, what's up".

"Nothing just came to check on you"

"Thanks and I'm sorry for earlier that was immature of me"

"Don't mention it, I overreacted a bit. Is your head okaY?"

"Nah it's fine, i'm quite strong you know" I smiled

"Yes you are" she returned the smile. "Also y/n you guys leave tomorrow right" her tone turns serious.

"Yes". I answered with a matching her seriousness.

"Can't you stay for a couple more days? You know Gon only listens to you"

"I'm sorry but we're just on schedule, just a day delay will put us significantly behind schedule aunt"

"Aah I guess It can't be helped then" she sighs as her head drops down.

"Aunt" I held her hands and face making her look at me. "I promise you that Gon will be safe, No matter what" Her eyes widened after my statement and light shone once again in those eyes but then she looked away but this time with rosy cheeks.

"W-will I see you again?" She said.

"Aaah probably not" I said, not looking at her face because I couldn't bear to see it. Her head snapped my way and I was still not making eye contact. "But instead of being sad that we won't be seeing each other again, why dont we just enjoy the couple hours we have left" I said as I dropped my head on her lap.

"Y-y/n?"

"Hmm?"

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"For meeting me"

"Hm it's been a pleasure" I closed my eyes as I rested on her lap doing my best to ignore the cries in the background.

The next day...

"BYE!!!" we were on the ship to yorknew's sea port as GON,KILLUA and I waved at aunt mito and Grandma as the ship moved farther away. I looked back to the now shrinked sight of whale Island. "I'll never forget this Island. In only two weeks I've come to love it and realize the beauty in peace and silence. That said, I can't bring myself to live that life, I was born for a tempestuous lifestyle, until I find something to hold me down, that is" I smirked. 'Like something like that even exists' I laughed at my own words as I thought nothing could keep me away from my inner,turbulent desires.

Anyways we're finally past the character establishment phase, Y/n has grown stronger and has changed a bit in personality as a result. Her inner desires for adventure and power which breeds the natural  darkness that already resides in her even more. Now we're moving to where shit actually starts. Sorry to have bored you guys with all these chapters but I already explained why earlier. So yeah, Yorknew here we come!!!
