"Your construction is looking beautiful." Rugui entered out of nowhere, this time, accompanied by Tahísa. Both wore their usual semi-transparent sari. Since Tahísa showed an interest in bright colors.
Orsmund did not mind the interruption. He was used to these wild greetings. It didn't even seem to them that they hadn't been in contact for two weeks. Despite that, he had already sensed the movement and aroma of it in the distance. Also, because Rugui had allowed him not to be taken by surprise. This one would not risk Tahísa for an unnecessary defensive attack. She lived to fight for her life mate's safety. Although Tahísa also chose to antagonize her.
"If I had that opportunity, I would offer it to Ellin!" He muttered to the soil he held in his hands.
"Ellin?" Tahísa whispered, softly.
"My wife!" He let the soil fall through his fingers and tilted his face toward the two female vampires, not intending to abandon his crouching position. "He manipulated me! He took her from me! My boys..." He stopped for a moment as if they'd hit his chest and ripped out his heart, leaving a black hole there. He took a deep breath and released a voice shaky and tinged with death. "Trova..." He stretched his arms out in front of him, palms facing a cold emptiness, trying to touch an invisible body. A mirage. However, quite vivid in his mind.
"He. Your creator." Rugui tried to show disinterest in the Viking's brief vulnerability.
"Yes." He stretched his legs. "I will not rest until he pays for what he did to me." Orsmund just decided to share this information in exchange for the memories he had gained.
"You've been able to control your thirst, right?" She crossed her arms over her chest.
"Yes. And has been helping a lot!" He admitted it.
"If you can easily overcome this obstacle, you will deceive him!" Tahísa laughed at Rugui's exclamation.
"I'm sorry!" She rectified her indulgent behavior. "What she just said awakened certain memories. My father and I had some games. We were trying to manipulate each other. He believed, and I also agree, that strengthening the mind is as essential, if not more, than physical training. All this preparation was and is a tool for the most important stages of my existence. Like, for example, not giving in to the tiredness, delirium, or despair of my most recent kidnapping. I know Rugui warned you to give me the blood first." She threw an excited look at her beloved. "I admit it was a prudent action. However, if I didn't control myself, who knows what consequences it would bring..."
"Said like that, would you be wilder than that creature?" Orsmund laughed.
"Who knows? I wouldn't poison you! I'd rip your head off!" She winked.
"I will consider what would be the best option." He proposed a false promise.
"Perhaps with a trained and educated mind you would resist the poison." Rugui laughed at Tahísa's comment.
"Was it that bad?" The vampire crossed his arms over his chest and raised an eyebrow.
"It could have been worse!" Rugui added. "Tahísa was worried because our existence was put at risk." She raised her hand to point at Orsmund and then at herself. "Besides, while we were dragging you to the cave, you started by babbling some incomprehensible words and something barbaric dawned in your eyes. An evil force has grown within you. Before you did any damage, I was forced to wring your neck."
"Yes." He involuntarily put a hand to his own neck. "I'll avoid pacts from now on!"
"Well then. If you have nothing more to add, time waits for no one!" Tahísa admonished.
Rugui reacted very excitedly to the vampire's attention.
"Very well! Orsmund, you need to clear your mind!" She ordered. "I want you receptive! We can start with the eyes closed if it's helpful."
In response, the Viking sat with his back relaxed. He closed his eyelids and absorbed the sound of Rugui's footsteps around him until it became a serene rhythm.
"Above all, I advise you not to let your creator touch you even a drop of your blood!" She spoke in a light and drawling tone. "Could you tell us his name?"
"Grerft." He made a disgusted face.
"I hope I don't find any Grerft on my way!" Her voice started a strange trance. "So, you'll have to give him confidence. Even if it's fake. The important thing is that you keep him out of your veins. Or, you will hardly have enough methods to deceive him." She explained. "Since a part of me runs within you, you will be close to how a creator detects the emotions of the offspring. Don't worry. My blood will eventually fade with time." She emitted a silent laugh. Tahísa watched them motionless in her place. "So far you haven't detected any reaction because I'm calm and in control. Serenity is your pillar. To deceive the truth. To cheat the lie." She walked more slowly. "As proof, while you were there meditating, I just twisted Tahísa's neck to silence her!"
Suddenly Orsmund opened his eyes. About to leave its place due to a start. And, in detail, he examined Tahísa, who was giving him a feline smile. As if he were prey who had discovered her trap.
"I was convincing!" Rugui displayed pride.
"More than that!" Murmured the vampire. "I would even say that I clearly saw the images in my head! Once again." He asked and rested his eyelashes.
"Tahísa undressed and seduces me with her nudity!" She sighed.
"This time it was a lie." Orsmund laughed. "I felt a tingle... A kind of warning..."
"Open your eyes and see for yourself!" The two vampires called.
Orsmund almost fumbled with his gasp. He could not believe that a truth could deceive him in such a way. Elegant, Tahísa swayed, delicately, naked. He had complete access to every line of her beautiful body.
"Well, we could have fun... the three of us!" Rugui commented with lust shining in her eyes. "But as Tahísa said: time waits for no one. And I didn't make any date with the morning." In response, Tahísa covered herself again and Rugui kissed the Viking's cheek. "Until the next game! Orsmund!" She purred.
The two vampires abandoned him thirsty. Much thirstier than for food.
