"There you are," Chuck exclaimed as you walked into the bar area. "Sam and Dean rushed off to burn some bones a while ago."
"Wait," Becky said, shaking her head. "Is that what they went to do? There's an actual Hunt here?" Becky sounded excited and you could practically see the stars in her eyes.
"Yes. And, no," you scowled at Becky, "you don't get to join."
"By the sounds of it, it's just a standard salt-and-burn," Becky scoffed. "I can help-"
"Standard doesn't mean harmless, Becky," you said with a warning tone. "And this isn't really a standard salt and burn. Those require the threat of a single vengeful spirit, not three violent spirits." You waved your hand and leaned against the bar. "Besides, you'll get in the way. If you find a vengeful spirit case, then give me a call. I'll try and teach you how to hunt without ending up dead."
"No, thanks," Becky said, shaking her head. "I'll just call my soulmate."
"Who would be..?" You asked, raising a brow.
Becky scoffed at you and rolled her eyes. "Sam, of course."
"Well, one of you certainly got shot in the ass," you said through your teeth. "Not sure if it was by a cherub though."
"Okay," Chuck said, holding in a snort, "that might be too far."
"Has an Angel come down to smite me?" you asked, raising a brow. Chuck shook his head and you smirked. "Then I'm okay." Besides, Raphael was laughing in the back of your mind. It was a stupid joke but the connection you had not only shared your emotions, but also your sense of humour. That was going to be a fun time in the future.
"How okay are you?" Chuck asked, snorting.
"I'm not even going to get push-ups," you said with a cocky smile. Becky looked between you two with a confused look but she wasn't someone you were that worried about. She was by far the most gullible character in the show. The poor thing thought a crossroad demon was telling the truth about a love potion. Now, that episode had its funny moments but you were absolutely disgusted by Becky's actions. In Time For a Wedding, you hated how Becky and everyone, except for Sam, just brushed over the fact that she roofied Sam. It was, however, the only time Jared Padalecki could say fuck in the show so the episode had its ups and downs. Regardless of the entertaining situations, Becky wasn't a problem to you. She was clueless about the Hunting World.
"Why would you get push-ups for a joke?" Becky asked, raising a brow.
"Long, tedious story," you answered, chuckling. "You could call it an inside joke between Chuck and me."
"And it involves him being a prophet, huh?" Becky questioned, sighing when you nodded. "Alright." See? Smart girl but gullible as fuck. That's when you noticed the Winchesters walk in.
The boys were walking up to two cosplayers who just finished a shot each at the bar. They looked traumatized by the expressions on their faces. You recognized the men from the show. They were the Sam and Dean cosplayers that helped the Winchesters out on this episode's case. The scene laid out in front of you was the same one that started the third act of the episode. It's when the cosplayers helped Sam and Dean You shouldn't have been surprised that they were already done with salting and burning Leticia Gore's bones. You were a little hurt that they didn't wait for you but went up to them, nonetheless. After all, you still wanted to make sure they torched the right bones. Who knows, maybe they actually got the full story? You told Chuck and Becky that you'd meet up with them after getting some details from the boys and walked off.
"That was... really..." the Sam cosplayer sighed.
"Awful, right?" Dean asked, chuckling. Both Winchesters had a smug, accomplished look on their faces. The two cosplayers turn to face Sam and Dean with a solemn look in their eyes. "Exactly. Round's on us, guys." Dean slapped the Sam cosplayer on the shoulder before setting down some money on the bar.
