Moon Pie Cookie. She was based off the line, "Fly me to the moon pie up in Tennessee" from CG5's song, Muffin.
After googling what Tennessee was, I saw it was a state in US so I decided to make Moon Pie Cookie look a bit like a tourist.
Moon Pie Cookie is gentle and likes to explore new things.

Basically when I make Cookie Run characters, I think of a sweet food like a pastry.
