Cisco is a non-binary robot who was found and revived from one of Galdur's labratories.
Cisco's main ability is their extendable limbs, allowing them to stretch out to reach things from afar and to jump higher.
Cisco has a broken voice box that needs to be repaired every month so that Cisco can speak properly.
Cisco was originally built to be a spy but when they were found in the laboratory years later, Cisco was allowed to live in Blu City as a free citizen.
Cisco was named by Blu, making Cisco more attached to her than anyone else. They always want to do their best to impress or help Blu in return for how Blu helped them.
Cisco is normally quiet, helpful, and obedient, sometimes doing what Blu tells her to do without question. Cisco is also cheerful and playful and enjoys playing with Mini Blu and Zoey.
Sometimes, Cisco gets moody and they can easily become agitated if things they do don't go as planned or if someone disturbs them.

Cisco was based off Mommy Long Legs and her design was slightly based off Lucy Loud.
