I HONESTLY LOVE THE DESIGN!! SHE LOOKS SO PRETTY!!
Dreamerr is the guardian of dreams in Blu World and she lives "in between" the dreams of others. Her hair, tail, and wings contain clusters of stars.
She was kinda based off butterflies and the Collector from Owl House.
