DJ VV is a cat-like citizen of Blu World. She serves as a DJ and Blu's second in command when it comes to hosting events in Blu City.
VV is short for Vivienne Vivienne. She was born in the Electric District before being noticed by Blu and inviting her to stay at Blu City.
VV, like most citizens from the Electric District, always had a love for speed, flashy lights, and technology.
When VV was younger, people always said her eyes were weird so she designed a visor that covered her eyes but still let her see and express emotions.
VV would also wear roller skates she designed herself because it let her reach places faster and made her look cool.
When Blu met VV, she saw potential in VV so invited her to stay and work in Blu City, which was a dream of almost everyone in the realm.
VV accepted and from then on, she would always be the host and planner of parties if Blu was not there. VV also made new friends in Blu City.
VV is outgoing, cheerful, energetic, positive, and creative. She tries to help others forget their problems because she believes that having fun is the best way to live your life.
