She ended up waking up at about three pm that day. Yawning she grabbed her blanket and tossed it over her freeing her body from its confines. She walked around her room gathering clean clothes for a shower and once she decided on a outfit she walked into the bathroom.

After she finished she walked out and tossed her dirty clothes into the hamper in her room. Noticing it getting full she made a mental note to go down and wash them. She would have to do it today so she would have school uniforms to wear for the next week. She walked into the kitchen and grabbed a glass to pour some water into.

Turned she noticed the guy she had bandaged up still laid on the floor in the same position he was in last night. Draken laid out on the couch asleep with a arm covering his eyes. Mikey was no where to be seen. Being the curious person she was she walked to her father's room and opened the door softly. Sure enough Mikey was laid out in her father's bed letting out soft snores. She just smiled and closed the door as gently as she opened it originally.

She walked back into her room and left the door open. Setting her cup on the nightstand she climbed into the bed and started to scroll through her phone to pass the time. She stayed there for a couple minutes before she heard the noise of someone waiting up. Due to how clear it could be heard it came from the living room. If it was Mikey it would have been muffled by the door.

Soon enough Draken lazily passed by her open door heading to the bathroom. After a few more passing minutes. He walked back through and into the living room again. She stood from her bed and followed him out into the bigger room.

"Good morning." She said in a hush tone not wanting to wake the others. He grunted to her in response. "So I have a favor. I have to get these clothes cleaned and the basket is heavy. Anyway you can carry it for me?" Her most innocent voice coming out to play.

He agreed and grabbed the basket that was inside her room and the two made their way outside. The apartments she lived in had a room down on the first floor that had a laundry matt for the residents. You had to have a Kay to be able to get into it. Before she shut the door she checked her pockets to make sure she had her key and when she felt it the two walked down stairs.

Once in the room she went to her box that bad her apartment number on it and unlocked it. Inside with all her detergent and things needed to wash clothes. Getting what she would need to start the washer she then loaded her first load into it and turned it on. Jumping up on the washer she looked at the man.

"So I have to know." She caught his attention making him lift an eyebrow, "Chifuyu said I couldn't ask him and if I can get a answer from you I'll go to Mikey." She paused to collect the words in her head.

"Biker gang." He says making her look up. "It's what you was going to ask right? What goes on making people get hurt?"

"Yes." She whispers.

"Don't worry we won't hurt you. If we thought of you as a threat we wouldn't have brought our people to you. We also wouldn't have slept over." He explains

"Are you the good guys or the bad guys?" She asked. She meant it to be a question for herself but she asked it out loud.

"It's hard to answer that one." He admitted.

They went quiet after that. Neither knew what to say to the other now that the information was out there in the open. She needed time to process the information that was laid out in front of her. Draken understood that she needed time to take in the information without words being said.

As she sat there in thought she couldn't help but notice the mess that use to be proudly called Drakens hair. "Come here." She taps between her legs on the small older washer that she sat on. He walks over and she directs him to turn his back to her. Carefully taking it down she starts to run her fingers through to try to break up the knots.

"Your not scared?" He asked relaxing against the washer.

"I don't know yet," She says after a short pause, "I know I have to take it in and I have to process it. I also know I can't jump to conclusions."

"You know you wouldn't be hurt." He lowers his head backwards just enough for Rain to reach the top of his head.

"I know that much. I knew after you and Mikey came to get Chifuyu and how you acted that I wasn't in danger." She sections off the hair he usually kept in front after she got the knots out.

"We can leave you alone if you'd want." He says as she started to re do the braid.

"Don't please," Her voice almost a beg, "I don't want to be alone again."

"Didn't you say your dad lived there?" He asked with some confusion.

"My father is a bad drunk. He disappears for weeks on end and he could honestly care less if I ever came home." She says with a sigh. She finishes the braid and then ties it off.

"And your mom?" He asked never moving.

She tensed at that question. She lowers her head and places it on his back between his shoulders. "My mom had died when I was sixteen." He stayed quiet not knowing what to say. He just stood there letting her rest her head on his back. "I'm sorry you probably don't want to hear this." Her voice cracked as she wiped her face of tears.

"I understand more then you know." Was his only words.

"At least I'll make mom's dream come true." She had a broken smile on her face.

"What's that?" He asked.

"I'll graduate high-school in two weeks." A sniffle came from her, "It was the last thing she told me. That she wanted me to graduate and then live a life I can be proud of."

"Are you proud of your life now?" Curiosity made him ask.

"No," She answered softly, "I have a father that doesn't care. I pay for everything in the house and I'm only still a student. Eighteen years of living and I'm at the bottom."

"You wanna know something I was told?" He asked moving his head slightly to the side to glance at her. She nodded her head against him. "If your at the bottom the only way to go is up."
