While I couldn't blame Rodolphus for stopping his mission to deal with me, I'd been taunting him, I hadn't been expecting it.

"KEEP. MY. WIFE'S. NAME. OUT. OF. YOUR. MOUTH!" Rodolphus was throwing curses at me in between each word of his sentence, which was absolutely terrifying given the fact they were unforgivable curses.

For him to be able to throw curses at me without saying the incantation verbally, he had to have mastered the spell, my dad does this all the time but with spells.... Not curses!

I ducked behind a pillar and started throwing up barrier spells to block the curses.

"Family feuds, I love them, full of drama!" I laughed

I have no idea why I continued to taunt the Lestrange brothers but at least it was keeping them occupied, if they were occupied terrorizing me it meant they weren't killing innocent people, which I saw as the only upside to my current predicament.

"Family.... If you EVER call yourself my family again I'll kill you!" Rodolphus replied angrily, throwing another curse in my direction

"I thought that was what your current objective was, stay on task."

"Godric, I hate you, stop talking!"

"Sounds kind of judgmental, I mean, did you even know the guy?"

"SHUT UP!"

"She's doing this on purpose Dolph, ignore her, if she has you distracted we can't carry out the task the Dark Lord gave us!" Rabastian chimed in, trying to calm his brother down enough to actually continue their mission

Unfortunately his plan seemed to be working, as Rodolphus stopped throwing spells and turned to look at him.

"Dad always did say you two were inbred morons" I regretted this comment almost immediately!

They both slowly turned to face me, their eyes wide with pure hatred and rage.

My statement had been a complete lie, neither of my fathers ever talked about the Lestrange family, aside from Sirius occasionally complaining about Bellatrix, but at least their attention was now back on me instead of whatever task Voldemort had given them.

"You're dead" Rodolphus replied through gritted teeth

"Shit...."

"Yeah, shit, run little girl.... Run"

I decided my best course of action was to throw a spell in their general direction and run, which is exactly what I did.

We'd already made it to the first floor, and whatever business they had down here seemed to be in the direction of the Great Hall, which is why I started running towards the North Courtyard..... on the other side of the castle!

I had to cross the Suspension Bridge, which is where I found Sirius.

"Y/N, where are you going? You're supposed to be on the 7th floor!" Sirius yelled

"No time to talk, being chased by lunatics." I replied, running past him

As soon as I got the word 'lunatics' out Rodolphus and Rabastian rounded the corner.

"Lunatics.... What did you do Y/N?!?!?" Sirius asked, running after me as they'd now started hurling curses at him too

"I told them that you called them inbred morons, I also called them a few other choice names. I thought the names were accurate, they don't seem to agree though." I answered

"Yes, by all means, taunt the death eaters! They won't try to kill you! They're extremely friendly!" Sirius retorted

"I wouldn't recommend calling them family either, it makes the ugly one mad."
