I stayed on my seat, silently watching different guest talked to each other. Tita Fridgette personally invited me here in Mendez Residence for the celebration of their Silver Anniversary or 25th Wedding Anniversary.

Al and Jamie hasn't arrive yet that's why I'm still alone on my seat and have no one to talk to. Binati ko na kanina si Tita at Tito and gave my gift to them.

"Tell me if you want to go home with me already" napalingon ako sa nagsalita at nakita si Loki na as usual magulo ang buhok, nakasuot ng gray dress shirt paired with black pants na sa tingin ko'y napilitan lang suutin para sa okasyon.

"Ano ka ba? Kakarating ko lang tapos aalis agad ako? O baka naman palusot mo lang yan para makauwi ka na din" sagot ko sa kaniya.

He sat beside me, "I preferred to waste my time on my jigsaw puzzle instead of wasting my precious time here" he mumbled.

I nudged him by his arm, "Be happy at least for your parents, they're celebrating their Anniversary"

He leaned his arm on the backrest of my chair then leaned closer to me, "If we got married, will we celebrate our wedding anniversary like this too?" he asked innocently. I felt my face blushed, napalingon din ako sa paligid dahil baka may nakarinig sa tanong ni Loki. But thankfully, wala naman.

"W-why did you asked?" I asked, toning down my voice a little.

Umayos siya nang upo saka nagkibit balikat, "Just curious. And if ever, I want the celebration for just the two of us. No big celebration, no guest, just you and me." he said casually like he's already sure that we'll end up together then celebrate our wedding anniversary. Masiyado siyang advance mag-isip.

Hindi tuloy ako nakapagsalita agad, he's making me flustered. "Your face are flushing red, are you sick?" he asked. Umiwas ako ng tingin saka kinuha ang water goblet para uminom.

"Loki, Lori"

Sabay kaming napalingon sa likod ni Loki sa tumawag sa 'min. Napansin ko si Tita Fridge na papalapit sa 'min at may kasamang matangkad at magandang babae. She looks stunning, para siyang model sa tangkad niya.

Tumayo ako para lumapit kay Tita at sumunod naman sa akin si Loki. "I want to introduce to you this beautiful girl beside me, Lindsay, Lindsay this is Lorelei and Loki" pag-introduced ni Tita.

"OMG! Is this Kingsley Tita? Hi!" nagulat ako nang bigla itong yumakap kay Loki. Parang wala lang iyon kay Loki at hindi man lang gumalaw sa kinatatayuan niya.

Lindsay stepped back, "I'm so glad to see you again Kingsley. I literally waited for this time to meet you again"

Loki looked at her boredly, "I don't know you" he said. Sa mga ganitong sitwasyon sinasaway ko agad si Loki dahil nagiging rude siya sa kausap niya but I don't know, pinigilan ko lang matawa dahil sa sinabi niya.
