I'm currently choosing what to wear right now. I was actually having a hard time because all my clothes are for work only, I could ask Tita Nancy's help but she's busy and I don't want to disturb her. It's been 15 minutes already but I can't choose a formal dress. Tita Fridgette called me early this morning and invited me to a dinner, thankfully I don't have work today so I accepted her invite.

I suddenly remembered when she called me earlier, she called me as her daughter-in-law. I don't know how to react when she's calling me like that. I mean, yes! Her son and I are still together but I think its still early to be married. 7 years has passed and I am now working as a journalist in Clark Converge and Loki is working in forensic, he's living his dream as a detective and I'm proud of him.

Well, anyway back to the business. I found a box in my closet, akala ko sapatos ang laman but when I opened it, I found a dress inside. At first, I'm kinda confused on why I have this but suddenly I remembered Jamie, she gave this to me. Kinuha ko iyun saka lumapit sa harap ng full body mirror at tinapat sa katawan ko ang dress. Its a maroon cross front maxi dress, its beautiful and its just 1 inch below my knee.

Since I'm done taking a bath, sinuot ko na agad ang dress na hawak. Thankfully, it just fit in my body, although medyo revealing sa bandang chest part, but it still okay. After that, I put my make up—just a light make up—then I curled the end of my long hair. I looked at the mirror for the last time, when I was satisfied by my look I took my purse and went out.

I drove my blue sedan to the address that Tita Fridgette sent to me. The address is not quite familiar to me and its kinda strange that Tita Fridgette invited me to a dinner but not in their house. Usually kasi kapag nagyayaya si Tita, sa mansion lang nila lagi. But anyway, it doesn't matter naman.

When I arrived, I parked my cark and went out. My forehead creased when I found myself in a park. I looked at the address again, even in waze pero tama naman ang napuntahan ko. Naglakad ako at tumingin sa paligid. Its currently 6 in the evening but thanks to the lamppost, maliwanag ang buong park.

A sign board caught my eyes, it says this way so I walked through that direction. There was a long red carpet na nakalatag sa damuhan, grand entrance ba ito? Slowly, I walked through the red carpet, curiously following its direction. When I turned right, my mouth agape when I found a Gazebo. Fairy lights are everywhere. Namamangha akong naglakad palapit doon.

I gasped when Loki appeared in front of me holding a bouquet of flower, he's wearing a dark blue dress shirt and a black pants, nakaayos rin ang buhok niya kaya mas gumwapo siya. "Hi, Love happy anniversary" he greeted, he handed me the flower which I accepted, still shock and wonder-stricken. He draw near me and give me a peck on my lips, he gave me hug so I hugged him back.

When he let go, he held me by my waist as we walked inside the gazebo. "I—I thought Tita Fridgette invited me here" I said still confused. "It was actually a fake invitation" Loki said that makes me more confused. He stand in front of me, his hand still on my waist. "I wanted to surprise you for our anniversary, so I asked Mom to invite you for a fake dinner so that you wouldn't know my plan"

Napatakip ako ng bibig, I feel like crying by his surprise. Actually, I forgot that today is our anniversary, last year we didn't had a chance to celebrate it because of our busy schedule but he made sure that we can celebrate it this year. "Aww, Thank you Love" I hugged him, "You don't know how happy I am, I almost forgot its our anniversary. Thank you so much." hindi ko na napigilang maiyak habang yakap siya.

I felt him kissing my head, "No need to thank me Love, its for our celebration and I made it extra special for you. In fact, I'm the one who should thank you for being my girlfriend in 7 years." He gently pushed me and look me in the eyes. He wiped my tears, "Don't cry Love, baka masira yung make up mo ang ganda mo pa naman" napangiti ako sa sinabi niya kaya napangiti din siya. "See, you look beautiful when you smile"

"Happy anniversary Love, I love you!" I said to him.

"Happy anniversary, I love you!" he said as he cupped my face a gently kiss my lips. It only lasted for a second. Naupo na kami, biglang may dumating na waiter at naglapag ng pagkain sa mesa. Kumain lang kami ni Loki habang nag-uusap. We even reminisced our days together. I am so happy that I cannot describe what I actually feel. Parang mixed-emotions, naiiyak ako na masaya.

After we ate, Loki stood up and went out for a while. When he came back, may dala na siyang pa-box na bagay pero natatakluban ng tela. Pinatong niya iyun sa mesa malapit sa ’kin. "What is this?" I asked. "Its my second surprise for you, open it"

Tinanggal ko ang pagkakatali ng tela, nagulat ako nang makita ang maliit at mabalahibong kuting. Natutulog ito sa maliit na hawla, napatingin ako kaya Loki, nakangiti lang siya habang nakatingin sa akin. Kinuha ko ang maliit na kuting at niyakap. "Loki, binili mo ba 'to?" I asked while scratching its fur. Nagising na ang kuting at mahinang ngumingiyaw. "Actually, its Freya's son, Aunt Martha called me, she asked me if we wanted to adopt Freya's son so I did and he's here now"

My eyes widened when I found out that this little kitten was Freya's son, I didn't know she's pregnant, I haven't seen her for so long. "Does he have a name now?" I asked, I'm still smiling while holding the kitten, he's so cute. "No, you choose"

I stared at the kitten, he's white as a snow, and he looks like a ball. "I'll call him snowball"

"Snowball it is"

"Meow" mas napangiti ako nang ngumiyaw ito, sobrang cute niya talaga. Manang-mana siya sa mama niya.
