New Beginnings (A Rhett and Link Fanfiction) ~Being Edited~

Police

Soon my dad returned home. My door opened and he stood there with two police officers "Sweetie the police want to talk to you and write down a report about what happened" I nodded and the officers walked in, one of them sat next to me on my bed and the other stayed standing "Sorry to ask but could you boys leave so we can talk to (Your Name)?" Rhett got up and hugged me "My mum is probably worried anyway, I'll set up a group Skype for us tonight ok?" "Ok Rhett" I smiled, Link stood up "No, don't go" I looked at the officer "Please, I want him to stay" "Ok, that's ok" she smiled.

We sat up on my bed and Link held my hand "Now tell us everything, starting from when you first came out of school" I looked at Link and he smiled and nodded, I squeezed his hand a little tighter "Well I went to the bench near the school gates in my wheelchair and I was waiting for my boyfriend and Rhett to come out and meet me" "Ok, I'm assuming this is your boyfriend?" "Yes I am ma'am, I'm Link" Link replied "Continue" she said "So I was there waiting then suddenly James was stood in front of me, he asked where Link was and I answered as I didn't want any trouble" "So he has caused trouble before?" "Yes, he's a bully! He hit (Your Name) before!" Link replied "Ok, what happened then?" "He forced me out of my wheelchair, behind a bush and forced me to unzip my hoodie, he touched my chest and forced me kiss him. When he began to unzip his pants I began to cry even more. If it wasn't for Link I don't know what else he would have forced me to do! Link saved me!" I started crying and buried my head in to Links chest. The officer stood up "I know it was hard but thank you for telling us everything". They both made a slight smile and a nod and left. Links phone started to ring, he answered "Hey mum" "Yes I'm coming home now" "Ok bye" was all heard. He kissed me "So I guess you have to go" I said "Yeah... if it was up to me though I'd stay here all night to make sure your safe" I smiled. He hugged me "See you on Skype tonight with Rhett" he left.

I went downstairs and made myself something to eat and when I went back to my room my Skype was going off on my laptop. I answered and saw Rhett and Link "Are you ok now (Your Name)?" Rhett asked "Yeah, I feel a little better" "Good" he smiled "Rhett, me and you should do even more stuff together... you know make more memories" Link said with a smile "Yeah I'd like that!" I smiled "me too!" Rhett said. We talked until it got really late "Goodnight then beautiful" Link said "Night I love you" I replied "Love you too" he replied "Night (Your Name)" Rhett smiled "Night Rhett". The Skype call ended.

Authors Note

So the next few chapters are going to be time skipped to important events so I finish the story faster. I want to finish this story as I'm publishing a new story in June called 'My Saviour' . It's a Rhett and Link fanfiction but Rhett is going to be the main girls love in the story, it's a lot darker too meaning there are more sensitive issues such as Self Harm. So yeah look out for that story in June! :D
