LAYAAN POV
After crying my eyes out Omar suggested to do something before we head back to school. Instead of going to a mall or restaurant, we went to a farm.
Yes a farm. We walked into the farm and began petting all the animals. The chickens, the goats, the sheep, the horses. There were no pigs or dogs on the farm though since the farm actually belonged to Omar's parents.
After we put food and petted all the little animals my eyes focused on a beautiful horse. This horse was nothing like I've seen before. She was big, like huge! A beautiful creamy brown and hair that looked better than mine.
"Oh I see you met Noor", Omar smiles as he walked towards the horse.
"wallah you picked a perfect name for her", I reply in amusement still looking at the horse.
"You wanna ride her?", Omar asks showing his pearly whites.
"I do, but I'd seriously die", I joke as I avert back to the Cattle.
"Come on! I'll even ride with you, I was raised riding horses, you'll be safe", he assured as he helped carry me on the horse.
Omar sat In front of me, and I sat behind him holding him as tight as I could so I wouldn't fall.
"Ready!", Omar yelled.
"Not rea-l", the horse began running causing me to end my statement.
After a good five minutes riding the horse I hold on to omar even righter since the horse was now just flying.
Omar looks back at me and let's out a loud laugh, "open your eyes Layaan! You're missing out!".
I carefully open my eyes then quickly close them back," no no no! I'm good! You keep your eyes on the horse!"
All of a sudden the horse stops and at jumps off," our kids are going to learn how to ride horses, but how can they do that if their own mother can't".
"Whatcha mean? We've been married for a day!", I smile at the thought of kids.
"You're going to learn how to ride a horse today!", he exclaims.
"No no no, Omar I can't! I can't control that horse, she's so big", I fought.
"Hold on to the steer and stay calm", I did as I was told. I actually really did want to learn, I was just really scared.
"Okay now smack her side gently", he said.
"And now you're off, see its not bad! Now smack her a bit more so you go faster", Omar said as he stood off to the side.
"Are you sure about that?" I ask nervously.
"Yes", he said quickly.
Bismillallah.
And off I went. The horse to my surprise was easy to control. She quickly went and moved where I steered her too. After 15 minutes of riding the horse, Omar signals the horse to settle down.
"So how was it", he laughs as he carried me off the horse.
"AMAZING!", I yell.
"Well this horse is now yours", he says as gently laid a kiss on my cheek.
"You're kidding! For real! Oh my god! Thank you thank you thank you!", I yelled as I embraced him in a hug.
As we finished up at the farm we rushed home prayed Asr since we prayed duhur at the farm. After praying Asr omar and I waited for Mr. Parks and his wife. What do I call them now? Do I continue to call them mr. And mrs.
