In Adventure Bay was a rainy day, the weather conditions were very bad. Relentless rain that hit buildings and streets, strong wind that sent garbage away and other objects flying, lightning that created fires...
Bad weather created a perfect condition to wreak havoc in the city. At the various fire brigade stations the telephones do not stop ringing.
Everyone at the police station was tense because in bad weather it was perfect for crimes.
The silence in the meeting room was not normal, only the loud noise of the storm could be heard. Then a phone rang, but it was no ordinary emergency phone.
"Hello, this is the Adventure Bay Police Commander, how can I help you?" A tall man said on the phone, he is the commander of the Adventure Bay police force, a tough, strong and intelligent man.
"H-help! The dogs are escaping from the prison!" A voice said before screaming.
Captain Coleman realized the man was done for. He drew the attention of all the police officers in the room by clearing his throat, and said in a serious and worried tone:
"Officers, there was a mass breakout from Adventure Bay Dog Prison. I'll take half of the agents from this city and bring them to the site. I'll need support so call the National Guard and the military."
"But Captain Coleman sir, it will be impossible to bring order to that prison, especially whit this weather." A Officer said.
The Captain feels anger forming inside him, he got up from his chair and walked over to the officer.
"Do you dare to question the effectiveness of my orders, officer?"
The police officer, who did not expect this reaction from the captain, swallows and begins to sweat with fear. After a few seconds of total silence he replied:
"No sir, I'm not questioning your orders. I ask for your forgiveness for fact done."
The Captain smiled mischievously and slapped the officer's shoulder.
"Good, I'm glad you understood. And that it serves as a lesson for all of you."
After that the Captain left the room with half the officers and headed for the garages.
Coleman has arrived in the garage of the police station. The garage was very large and there were many vehicles, mostly flying but also heavy vehicles for transporting prisoners, or special forces vehicles.
The Captain got in the car, started the engine and headed out of the garage. After a few minutes all the officers had come out in their cars and were ready for action.
By order of Coleman a convoy was created that with flashing lights and sirens turned on cautiously towards the prison. Some officers collided with other vehicles because of the incessant rain that prevented the road from being seen.
"All agents surround the prison and no dogs are allowed to escape. Create a perimeter and don't let anyone in and out." Coleman order.
All the police forces required by Coleman arrived at the prison and surrounded it, some officers stopped some dogs that were escaping but it was too late anyway, most of the dogs had escaped.
The prison staff had escaped, Coleman went in with the special agents to see what happened inside that prison hell.
Coleman POV:
I was entering the prison, the power grid was down. I turned on my flashlight and checked the rooms until I found a dead guard on the ground in a corridor.
He had died of bleeding, I lit up his legs and faces that were covered with bites and scratches, on top of that there was a lot of blood on the ground so I walked away imagining what to expect.
We searched for an hour, found only dead bodies, blood, water wasters and other things, perhaps too horrible to descrobe. My team has arrived in the control room, the last room. It was near some emergency stairs that led directly out of the building.
"Captain Coleman are you ready to enter?" A military asked.
"Emh... Yes, im ready."
Another soldier broke down the door and entered, then let all the others in. We noticed that there was a man in the chair next to the monitors. Much to our surprise the man was alive but unconscious.
"Guys the monitors are on" a soldier said.
"Temperature control, cell control, output control... Wait, I check the recordings of the security cameras." A informatic specialist soldier said before to do things with the computer.
The soldier found nothing special until he clicked on the last recording made.
"This is the recording of this room at 6:20 am, but then it stops as if someone had stopped recording."
The images showed the room lit up, then at 6:20 the lights went out, and the recording ends.
Everyone was confused, after a few minutes decided to leave the building to report.
"Hello my name is Hammond, captain of Adventure Bay National Guard, Humdinger sent me here to check the situation." The man said shaking my hand.
"I'm Coleman, captain of the police force in this town. Dogs that have escaped must be prevented from leaving the city."
"I know I have already prepared my men, even the military is looking for them."
"Well, now if you don't mind, I'll go ta-" I was interrupted by the sounds of gunfire, I didn't understand what they were shooting at. The rain was still heavy but a soldier told me there was an unknown object.
"Woah, hold on!" The Eagle was undergoing the incessant rain of blows. Fiez and Arzio as make a huge effort to fire bad weather and shots.
"Arzio, up the shield" Fiez said turning right to avoid a building.
"Okay... But I suggest flying higher" Arzio said pressing some keys.
Anti-weapon shields activated.
"Arzio also activates the storm shields, if a lightning strikes us we could fall."
Arzio obeyed, also activating the storm shields. The Eagle climbed very quickly to let her tracks be seen.
"We'll make it?" Liberty said closed eyes.
The Eagle came almost above the clouds, the Eagle was struck by a lot of lightning but eventually made it. Fiez and his team arrived above the clouds.
"We make it!" Liberty screamed for happiness.
There was a few minutes of silence before everyone realized they were alive."
"... Yes Liberty... we make it." Chase replied.
The Eagle was intact, had a few scratches and a few bullet holes but was still whole.
"Sir Fiez we have to move, there could be other space ships or war airplanes.
Meanwhile
"What do you mean you lost that spaceship?" Humdinger screamed.
"S-sorry President, but we will find it we have sent drones and research teams." A general said.
"You better find that spaceship. I need it." He said threatening his generals.
"But why?" Another general asked.
"Because that ship belongs to spies, and they're not ordinary spies, they're Scantughesian spies.
"Enemis spies?!" All general gasphed.
