Tuesday
After two periods
During short break. While most of the girls in class stormed off on seeing Aimy and Harry talking. Hayley urges Jessica to wait for them to finish so they could talk to Aimy– and at the other side of the class– we could see Emer and her troops having a mischievous discussion.
"Could you believe she actually had the guts to speak to him." Patricia says to Emer, eye-fixed with rage on them.
"And what is wrong with that, if I may ask?" Lilley asks confusingly
"What is wrong with that? Hel-loo! the stupid rumor of them dating is still in the air. Now they're discussing. People would actually begin to think the stupid rumors are true." Patricia replies, still fuming.
"Well, they could be. That would at least remove the stress of having to throw that party to humiliate and expose her. I wasn't so comfortable doing that anyways." Lilley concludes
"You're right." Emer finally adds
"She is?" Patricia asks disappointedly
"I am?" Lilley asks as well surprisingly
"Of course not. You always speak nonsense. I meant Patricia. There's no way Harris Wynn will date a cheap girl like her. Especially not for his first attempt." Emer adds coldly.
"Ugh.." Lilley groans in distaste to her response
"Exactly." Patricia agrees satisfactorily
"And as long as the rumors stand. The two of them chatting like that would just make it harder to raid of. So, let's go make sure that doesn't happen. Things already seem to be escalating as it is." Emer concludes, noticing a few more student storm out of class. Then they began heading towards them.
"Sometimes I wonder how I ended up being friends with this two vibe killers." Lilley murmurs falling behind. But before they could make it to them, Harry already left. So, they decided to corner Aimy instead.
"Hi, I'm Emer. This is Patricia and that's Lilley." Emer points out confidently, pointing to Patricia, then to Emer.
"O-k-a-y, and those are my friends- Jessica and Hayley." Aimy responds weirdly, confusing them a little.
"Sorry, I thought we were doing the friends name calling thing. Where are we getting with this?" Aimy adds confusingly."Ha, ha, ha. You're Soo funny." Emer responds sarcastically.
"I hope you haven't forgotten about your party at my beach house on Friday. Remember- 6:30- be there." She concludes faking a snicker."Am?" Aimy asks confusingly.
They all stared back confusingly as well, in reaction to her question.
"Just kidding, I know it's pm." Aimy adds amidst a forced giggle."Hahaha..." Emer bursts out again sarcastically, the others join in, and Aimy joins in as well, with a freakish snicker.
"What I don't know is why you'd be throwing a party for me, why are you throwing a party for me?" Aimy adds stylishly amidst the fake outburst.
"Do there need to be a reason for a party to be thrown?" Patricia responds weirdly.
"K honey, see you there." Emer concludes, not wanting to drop the bomb on her. She turns to leave.
"You can bring your friends along too, they seem cool." She adds as they left“But why throw it for me, I mean we aren't even friends." Aimy adds confusingly.
"But you're a Wynn now, so you're more than just a friend, you're fa-mily." Patricia responds weirdly as they left.
"Thought so." Aimy says to herself before turning back to the point where her friends once were. But they had already gone.
"Ugh!" She groans in reaction to that, before dashing out of the classroom.
