At the school entrance.
Aimy's POVIt is time.
I couldn't evade it- I've tried to avoid it and even run from it all my life, but it finally happened.
It's time to be hated.I remember in Fifth grade, when I and Vicky would go around school handing out Fliers for the church.
It had the message of the gospel and a repentance prayer at the back.
We'd get insulted or bullied, and I got sick of it.I thought; why keep doing something and suffering from it when no one ever cared to come or even read it.
They'd just rip it up and toss it in the trash, right in our presence.I tried to talk her out of it in junior high- after the incident with Patricia tieing my hair to a chair- but she said it was all for a good course and she loved it too much to give it up for little obstacles.
I could've decided to stop and still hang out with her, but as it appeared then, having a friend who's a weirdo automatically makes you one.
I began drifting from her little by little, making excuses not to join her, and once i became friends with Jessica and Hayley, it wasn't long before those excuses became a reality.
They had every little after school time planned, even the weekends.
If it's not the mall, it's the park, or the beach, or a party- although I always gave a hard pass to those ones. It served as an excuse to avoid evangelism time, and any other thing that would earn me back the title- Santa María- which means Holy Mary by the way.But even now- Away from those things- being what the world sees as being a regular teenage girl- Who wants to pass through school with good grades. Who although had to abandon her best friend and learned to endure things she didn't actually love doing. Yet, I'm still ending up with the hate.
I even tried to be nice to them. I played along, I did everything they saw as normal.
That's it. Aimy Parker is sick of it all.
I'm sick of living my life for the world, or changing anything about myself.I tried neutral, but I guess being neutral in this present world is a mode to attract even more problems.
I tried to avoid coming to school today by pretending to be sick. Bu-t that didn't work out...

Tuesday morningAimy had just finished showering. Then she remembered about the Anon incident.
Her mom was calling her downstairs to come eat, so they could get going."I'm sure Patricia planned this as a form of revenge for breaking her arm. Only someone like that could have access to such a top notch company to make a switch like that. But no one else would suspect that, since I've come to discover (thanks to the incident of yesterday) that they all also hate me for supposedly dating their pushover celebrity.
Hmm. If only I had been with Vicky that night, I'd have been at a church program rather than Patricia's party. I would've never met that-" Aimy concludes, pausing suddenly.
"Everything happens for a reason Aims. Just go with it." She concludes, confused by the sudden change of mood. Then her mom came in, and she quickly drops to the bed.
"Aimy, I asked you to-" she paused, once she noticed how Aimy was acting. She folded herself on the bed, placing a pillow on her head.
"Are you okay dear?" She asked in a perplexed tone."Yah, don't worry about me, I'm just dieing here thanks to your presence, since I'm people sick now." Aimy replies, faking a sneeze. "I need to be very far from humans as possible, or I'd- I'd- I'd" Aimy stuttered, lost of words to add to her lies.
"Firstly, there's no such thing as being people sick."
"Of course there is, or could you explain how I suddenly became nasal once you stepped in?" Aimy defends sneezing again.
"You really don't wanna go to school today, since you're being this dramatic." Allison comments.
"Ofcourse not, I want you to call the management so they could give me that home lecture thing they give to those who can't sit with other students in class due to some infection or stuffs like that." Aimy replies stylishly.
"What happened? It's been years since you last made up a scene to avoid going to class, but still want to take classes- Okay- I've no idea how to place it- cause it's confusing.
What is really going on?" She concludes, taking a sit beside Aimy. Then she explained everything to her."Oh! honey, that's a lot. Maybe you shouldn't go to school today, or maybe ever. Let's just sign you up for home school or run off to another state- we could start afresh." Her mom concludes panickingly, to Aimy surprise.
Once I realized how stupid running sounds from my mom, I changed my mind.
"No way, I'm at my final stage in highschool. I wouldn't let one stupid rumor ruin my entire life plans." Aimy replies getting up from the bed, she grabbed her bag then headed out.
"Works Everytime." Her mom comments secretly, then Aimy returned to hug her, to her surprise.
"Thanks mom." Aimy said gratefully before heading back out.
"Wow! she figured it out." Her mom said surprisingly. " She's such a smart girl." She said with a smile. "She definitely takes it after me." She added heading out as well.

Back with Aimy"So, I'm just gonna face it heads down. Like literally, I'm not so sure am ready for whatever it is that's gonna be coming down on me once I walked in through those doors, but I trust that God will be with me through it all, and that is all the courage I need.
Again, it's just some teenage girls with over exaggerating spirits, and I'm making it seem like it's the end of the world." Aimy Concluded, stepping in like a child that's just taking his/ her first steps...
