That morning
We all arrived at school in our best attires, except Harry, who came pretty much after the program was almost over.
For us it was the outfits Emer got us yesterday, which were really expensive. I would probably sell it after graduation.
The program began with the recitation of the school pledge and singing of the national anthem. We all matched to our sits, and the boring speeches began.
After the Ten (10) minutes long valedictorian speeches, the event was over.
It was all snacks, pictures and goodbye wishes.
Which brings us to the last scene
“Sorry, sorry. My brother had stuffs to take care of, and he made me wait till he was done." Harry excused, as he ran to join us. He placed his hands around our necks and Emer set off the timer then rushed to get in it...
Afterwards, we all grabbed some snacks, and took pictures with our family members that came as well.
My mom came, Hayley's sister also came, but for a brief minute to take pictures. Hayley didn't really seem happy her sister came around, that might be one of the reasons she left early.
Emer's mom came, and Richard came with Hyun– Harry's brother. He was the first one to attract the camera 📸, since he brought Harry to the graduation, then Emer's sister, whom I never knew was that famous., and Emer's mom, which was very much expected, being one of the richest company owners around here.
Harry asked to take a picture alone with me, but with all that paparazzis, I didn't want us passing out the wrong idea again.
We had so much fun, and talked like it was our last day on earth.
Emer and Harry were called by the paparazzis to take pictures together, and they reluctantly agreed.

Emer's POV
While the paparazzis were busy taking pictures, Harry just suddenly walked away, So I had to run after him.
He should know enough not to do that, especially in front of all this journalists and paparazzis. They'd read the wrong meaning into things.
“What's up?" I asked once I caught up to him.
“Nothing." He replied.
Now, I'm definitely sure there's something. Also since I discovered he lied about his brother being busy and taking his time. When the actual truth was that he didn't want to come to graduation, and his brother had to put in so much effort to convince him otherwise.
Wondering how i figured that out? Well, my ex boyfriend, who's now a really great friend Richard had exposed it to me unintentionally when I tried to scold them both for delaying him, but then I found that out.
What I don't get is, why?
“Then why'd you leave?" I asked, hoping to get some explanation.
“I needed some air from all those lights. I gotta deal with those 95% of my life. So, I'd rather just pass on this one." Harris replied forcing a smile.
“Oh! I understand, but it looked like it was something more. Especially since you lied about your reason for coming late." I said stylishly.
“How'd you know that?" Harry asked a bit stunned by my accusation.
“I have my ways. Which included trying to scold your brother and his friend, then the truth came out. Why would you wanna miss graduation?" I questioned confusingly.
“Its nothing." Harry replied soberly.
“Say it's nothing one more time and I'll make you say nothing!" I added frustratingly.
Didn't make any sense but the suspense was driving me crazy.
He's a guy, why so secretive.
“Wow! What's with you girls and being so violent all of a sudden.
And if you still make me say nothing, how would you get the words out of me?" He added playfully.
At least his mood was better.
“Its just, I don't have any reason to hang around here anymore." He finally confessed.
“Why?" I asked curiously.
“Ugh, it's complicated." He replied in a frustrated tone.
“Its Aimy isn't it?" I asked confidently, but to be frank, I wasn't sure.
“How'd you-" He added in surprise, which means I was right. But what did Aimy do to make him not want to hang out with us, or hang around here anymore.
“What'd Aimy do this time?" I asked playfully.
“Nothing." He replied.
“Seriously?" I asked in frustration.
“Okay, I'm mad she's leaving." Harry replied, causing me to laugh out loud. Seriously, I had a feeling. But he acted cool and all when she told him about it. At least that was what she told me.
I know Harry dating Aimy was a lie, but I can't resist this feeling that they actually have a connection.
Who knows, maybe they could have something real years later. It would be good for Aimy to have someone aside from us to keep giving her a push to stay on track.
I've noticed she gets easily distracted, since most of the time we've to go over to her house to remind her of services. We don't have that much privilege with Harry, but he has never missed a single gathering. Even I lack the consistency of regularity.
“Then why don't you tell her you don't want her to leave?" I asked,
“I mean that you like her." I added with a smile.
“I don't like her. At least not in the way you make it sound." He denied.
“Really?! You don't need to keep hiding you know. School's over, we're going off to college, you could tell her how you feel." I persuaded.
“What?! No way. We're friends, if I tell her that, who knows how she'd take it." He replied freakishly.
“Great then, stop being all mushy about it and live the rest of your life not knowing what that answer could've been." I concluded playfully, then walked away.
I hope that was convincing enough to make him make the move.

Aimy's POV
Not too long after, and it was all over. People began to clear out.
We all wished each other goodbye, and promised to stay in contact, and also to keep attending church services together, at least until we can't.
I didn't get to say bye to Harry though, it seems like he left earlier. He never returned after I saw him storm out while the paparazzi were taking pictures of him and Emer.
Perhaps he was uncomfortable, I know he didn't have the best relationship with Emer., but I didn't before, so I thought he'd have out grown that phase since her annoying character is now a bit different from before, since she started hanging out with us.
Once I got home, I couldn't stop thinking about Friday.
I guess it's good bye for now to the only home I've ever known.
