Few weeks ago
At Patricia's party; With Jessica.Jessica was at the drink bar about to order a drink, when a guy she used to have a crush on since fifth grade came to order a drink, and crashed next to her.
"Hi!" she said almost immediately."Hi!" He replied weirdly.
"I'm Jessica judge, Remember me?" She asked hopefully.
"Yah. You're the girl who kept nagging Aimy to make a swap with you so you could be with me." He replied
"Yah, I couldn't tell you then, but it's cause I had a crush on you." Jessica replied sheepishly.
"Oh! I think I figured that out at one point." He replied weirdly.
"You did? Great.
S-o, do you mind if I kiss you?" She asked making advances to."Em." He replied confusingly, and she kissed him instantly.
"So, we're a thing now." She said excitedly as she moved back.
"You'd actually be okay if I said yes?" He asked confusingly.
"Hmm huh." she replied happily.
"Well, I'm sorry, but I actually can't, cause I'm not in the market at the moment." He adds.
"You're in a relationship?" she asked confusingly.
"No, just not yet ready for one, especially not with you."
"Why are you exempting me?" She asks defensively.
"Is that really a question? You've been with almost all my friends."
"Oh, that. Those were just for show. I didn't really like them." Jessica replied with a smile.
"Yah, still can't date you. I mean you're Jessica, everybody knows you. You're never in one place for too long. I really don't wanna get involved in something I wouldn't be able to finish. That's exactly why I don't just go about dating anyone. When the time is right, I'd find the right one, and I'm pretty sure its not you." He concluded, turning to the bartender to collect his order.
"But, Aimy told me you asked her out." Jessica accuses furiously.
"She did? Em- that's ca-use she's just the kind of girl I'd want to have." He stammered,
"She's got a spark that could lead anyone unto the right path. Just preparing for the future." He added dreamingly."And I can't."
"No offense, but, you'd be leading us both further away, since we're on the same sinking boat." He concluded before leaving with his drink.
"Sinking boat?!"Jessica repeated, "What did he mean by that?" She added confusingly,
"I don't know why I feel like this is all Aimy's fault again. Miss goody two shoes. What could she be up to anyways? Perhaps talking someone to boredom." She concluded going insearch of her.
Then she caught a glimpse of her with a guy on shades, close to the entrance.
"Hmm, Aimy with a guy." She said amidst giggles, "Let me guess, she's talking to him about God."
She was going to interrupt them, but found them heading out- holding hands."Okay, this just got interesting." Jessica said with a mischievous smirk.
She followed them outside, then began taking pictures.
"There's no way I'm passing on this. Let's see what everyone's gonna think about this."
They both entered into a car."They're leaving together, this late at night." She said confusingly,
"Okay. I'm definitely following them." She said scanning the area for a car she could borrow.
She finds a half opened car, with it's key still installed. So, she took it.
